Research Schedule Management Intelligent Building Project Based On M Hospital

With the development of urbanization in China,a large number of public buildings,commercial buildings and residential communities are emerging,which provides a broad market for the development of intelligent buildings.Intelligent building projects enable buildings to meet human requirements for building information exchange,convenience,efficiency,comfort,safety and other aspects.Intelligent building project has the characteristics of multi-disciplinary comprehensive application and complex technology.It integrates modern information technology,computer technology,network technology,automatic control technology and other advanced science and technology.Its management is very complex,which puts forward high requirements for the management of the project construction party.Therefore,it is very important to ensure that the project is carried out in an orderly way.This thesis takes M Hospital Intelligent Building Project as an example to analyze the problems of progress management in Intelligent Building Project.Through the analysis of the characteristics of Intelligent Building Project,it establishes a method for the preparation of schedule management plan for Intelligent Building Project.In order to ensure the smooth realization of project progress objectives,it studies the monitoring methods of project progress and the corrective measures of project deviation based on project cases.In the analysis of project progress,according to the thought of causal analysis,a comprehensive analysis is made from different aspects,and several aspects affecting project progress are summarized.This thesis studies the guarantee measures of the project progress goal,hoping to provide reference for the progress management of intelligent building projects.
