As health-care reform constantly goes deeper,refined operation and management of medical supplies generally becomes a new concern.The traditional management mode of medical supplies is unable to adapt to demands of the new situation for management efficiency,quality risks and cost pressures,etc.As a new refined management mode of medical supplies,SPD management mode greatly satisfies the demands of managers,under which SPD information system faces a huge blue-ocean demand.Xuntong followed the tendency and independently developed and implemented SPD information system,which achieved impressive results as well as exposed some problems in project schedule management.As an advanced tool of project schedule management.Critical Chain Method not only are recognized by researchers but also are applied to project schedule management in multiple industries and obtained remarkable achievement.Therefore,the attempt to apply Critical Chain Method to project schedule management of SPD information system is hopefully to improve project schedule management.This research mainly involves the project schedule management status quo of SPD information system of Xuntong.the analysis and explanation of problems and risks of current project schedule management methods,and the applicability and necessity of Critical Chain Method to project schedule management.Meanwhile,taking the project of Ningyang First People's Hospital as example.this article elaborates how to apply Critical Chain Method to detailed schedule plan while undertaking the general schedule plan of project.Firsth,in the process of application of Critical Chain Method,we can estimate an ideal amount of time as labor-hour to avoid anthropogenic procrastination and to ensure incentive effect:secondly,on the basis of cut-paste method,we can set deviation factor and compute buffer:we can segment critical chain Project Buffer and protect key milestones:thirdly,we can set warning point to help monitor running condition of project schedule:finally.we can take necessary control and safeguard measures to ensure project to run orderly.The example of Ningyang First People's Hospital explains that by means such as consideration of resource constraint and design and management of buffer.Critical Chain Method overcame the shortcomings of traditional project schedule management method and realized earlier completion of project,hich is an effective tool of project schedule mana(gement of SPD information system.Certainly,in more enormous and complex information system projects,the application effect of Critical Chain Method needs further research and verification.
