| Objective:This research is to explore the value of serum lipoprotein(a)for the acute myocardial infarction predictions and diagnosis,through observing the correlation between serum lipoprotein(a)and acute myocardial infarction and angina pectoris,in order to help the prevention of clinical cardiovascular diseases.Method:1336 in-patients were selected from department of cardiology in Southeast University affiliated Zhongda Hospital from 1~stt Jan 2016 to 31~stt Dec 2016.At the same time,the clinical data and the lipoprotein(a),total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein were collected.According to the four-digit values of the study object Lp(a)level,they were divided into groups A,B,C and D.Group A,Lp(a)≤159mg/L;Group B,159mg/L<Lp(a)≤305mg/L;Group C,305mg/L<Lp(a)≤562mg/L;Group D,Lp(a)>562mg/L.The morbidity rates of AMI and AP in each group were compared,the relationship between Lp(a)and AMI and AP was discussed,and the correlation between these two risk factors of coronary heart disease was analyzed.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences about the sexes,age composition,smoking history,hypertension history and diabetes history among each group(P>0.05).2.There were no statistically significant differences of TC,TG,HDL and LDL levels in each group(P>0.05).3.The morbidity rates of AMI had no statistically significant difference between group A(8.6%)and group B(10.5%)(P=0.432).Group C(28.7%)was significantly higher than group A and B(P<0.001).Group D(57.5%)was significantly higher than group A,B and C(P<0.001).4.The morbidity rates of AP had no statistically significant difference between group A(21.1%)and group B(28.0%)was not statistically significant(P=0.311).Group C(46.4%)was significantly higher than group A and B(P<0.001).Group D(41.0%)was significantly higher than group A and B(P<0.001).The difference between group C(46.4%)and group D(41.0%)was not statistically significant(P=0.185).5.According to univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis,AMI and AP have multiple independent risk factors,among which Lp(a)has the best risk prediction value.Conclusions:1.Lp(a)is closely related to the occurrence of AMI and AP.2.With the increase of Lp(a)level,the morbidity rate of AMI gradually increases,and the high Lp(a)concentration in the body has a certain suggestive effect on AMI.3.AMI and AP have multiple risk factors,among which Lp(a),as an independent risk factor,has better risk prediction value. |
