Objective: To determine whether the concentration of bioactive factors in breast milk in the preterm is the same as the concentration of bioactive factors in term breast milk.Compare the relationship between growth factors of different gestational ages and different birth weight infants and their mothers.Pearson correlation analysis of the relationship between colostrum growth factor and fetal development at 1 month of age.Methods: The hospital of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University was selected for hospital delivery,and the maternal health,voluntary cooperation,and clear answering were investigated.Ask the mother to see if there is any pregnancy merger or complications,during pregnancy,the history of pregnancy and disease,the mental health status during pregnancy,and the Apgar score of newborns.And divided into preterm infants and term infants according to the gestational age at birth.According to the body weight,it is divided into term small for gestational age,term appropriate for gestational age,preterm small for gestational age,preterm appropriate for gestational age.Collect maternal third day colostrum,Store in a 4 ° C refrigerated package,centrifuge at 4000 r / min for 10 minutes,and separate the supernatant into a-80 ° C refrigerator for long-term storage.The levels of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum were measured by enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA).When the newborn is over 1 month old,return to our hospital for physical examination.The body length,weight and head circumference are measured by a unified measuring tool,and the growth indexes of each group are compared.Results:1.Levels of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum of term infants and premature infantsThe concentrations of IGF-1 and NGF in the colostrum of the term infant group were 584.38±87.01ng/L,488.80±77.99ng/L.The concentrations of IGF-1 and NGF in the colostrum of preterm infants were 743.24±157.47ng/ L,533.73±91.43 ng/L,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Levels of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum of preterm infantsThe concentrations of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum of preterm small for gestational age group were 594.19±39.14ng/L and 430.05±22.57ng/L,respectively.The concentrations of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum of preterm appropriate for gestational age group were respectively 838.23±127.58ng/L,600.08±43.13ng/L,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Levels of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum of each group in term infantsThe concentrations of IGF-1 and NGF in the colostrum of the term small for gestational age group were 559.00±52.66ng/L,490.78±36.57ng/L,respectively.The term concentration of IGF-1 and NGF in the colostrum of term appropriate for gestational age group were 592.99±153.46ng/L and 487.93±102.01ng/L.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Relationship between concentration of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum and physical development at birthCorrelation analysis was performed using pearson.The concentrations of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum were compared with the height,weight and head circumference of the fetuses in the preterm and term infants.The results showed no significant difference(P>0.05).5.Comparison of physical development indexes at the age of 1 month in the term infant groupIn the term small for gestational age group,the head circumference increased by 2.5±0.31 cm,the body length increased by 3.08±0.45 cm,the body weight increased by 1462±107.841 g,and the term appropriate for gestational age group,he head circumference increased by 2.31±0.38 cm.the body length increased by 4.16±0.15 cm,and the weight gain was 1503±168.880 g.The difference in head circumference and body length between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of physical development indexes at 1 month of age in preterm infantsIn the preterm small for gestational age group,the head circumference increases by 2.75±0.97 cm,the body length increases by 2.80±0.52 cm,the body weight increases by 1195.62±282.39 g,In the preterm appropriate for gestational age group,The head circumference increases by 2.45±0.96 cm,and the body length increases by 3.23±0.66 cm,weight gain 1486±319.092 g,the difference in weight gain between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Relationship between concentration of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum and physical development at 1 month of infantCorrelation analysis was performed using pearson.The concentrations of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum were compared with those of premature infants and term infants at 1 month of age,about height,body weight and head circumference.The results showed that IGF-1 and NGF was positively correlated with the weight gain of preterm infants,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The concentration of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum of preterm infants was higher than that of term infants.The concentration of IGF-1 and NGF in colostrum is positively correlated with the weight gain of preterm infants.High concentrations of IGF-1 and NGF in preterm infants can promote the growth of preterm infants,suggesting that promoting breastfeeding can promote the growth and development of preterm infants.2.in the premterm infant group,the concentration of IGF-1 and NGF in the appropriate for gestational age group is higher than that of the small for gestational age group suggesting that the growth factor level in the breast milk of the preterm small for gestational age can not meet the catching growth demand..
