Objective:the cervical lymph nodes of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were stained with nano-carbon suspension tracering.the number and metastasis of cervical lymph nodes were recorded after operation and compared with those of patients without tracer staining.To investigate the effectiveness of nano-carbon suspension in tracing cervical lymph nodes.Methods:A total of 66 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma who met the admission criteria and were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018 were selected.According to the order of hospitalization,they were randomly divided into nano-carbon tracer group(experimental group,n=32)and routine operation group(control group,n=34).All patients in the experimental group were injected with nano-carbon suspension one day before operation,while those in the control group were not injected with lymphoid tracer before operation.The patients in the two groups were operated on by the same operation.After the operation,the same person in charge carried out the lymph node selection examination of the neck dissection specimen,and recorded the total number of lymph nodes seized in the experimental group and the control group,and the number of black stained and unstained lymph nodes in the experimental group.The seized lymph nodes were sent to the pathology department for pathological examination.Postoperative lymph node metastasis and case metastasis were recorded in the two groups.All the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software,t test for measurement data,?~2test for counting data,and non-parametric test for grade data.It was considered that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:1.there was no significant difference in sex,age,clinical stage and tumor differentiation between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).2.there were no allergic reactions and other adverse reactions in patients injected with nano-carbon suspension one day before operation.3.during cervical lymphadenectomy in the experimental group,black staining could be seen in the lymph nodes and the surrounding lymphatic vessels,which could form a distinct color contrast with other surrounding tissues and show a clear boundary.4.Comparison of lymph node dissection between the two groups.A total of 635 lymph nodes were detected in the experimental group,with an average of 19.84±5.16.In the control group,471 lymph nodes were detected,with an average of 13.85±3.24.There was significant difference in the total number of lymph nodes between the two groups(P<0.05).Among the 635 lymph nodes detected in the experimental group,8metastases occurred,the transfer rate was 1.26%;6 of the 471 lymph nodes detected in the control group were metastasized,and the metastatic rate was1.27%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Of the 635 lymph nodes seized in the experimental group,471 were black-stained lymph nodes,164 were unblack-stained lymph nodes,the black-staining rate(number of black-stained lymph nodes/total number of lymph nodes seized)was 74.2%,and 6 of the black-stained lymph nodes had metastasis.The metastasis rate was 1.27%,and the metastasis rate was 1.22%in 2 non-black-stained lymph nodes,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Lymph node metastasis occurred in 6 of 32 patients in the experimental group(18.75%,6/32)and in 5 of 34 patients in the control group(14.70%,5/34).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Among the 635 lymph nodes detected in the experimental group,110were tiny lymph nodes<2 mm in diameter,96 were black-stained,14 were not black-stained,and the average was(3.35±1.28).The control group detected 56tiny lymph nodes<2 mm in diameter.The average case was(1.65±0.85),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Nano-carbon suspension can black-stain lymph nodes and even lymphatic vessels,and its good lymphatic tropism can effectively trace cervical lymph nodes.2.Nano-carbon suspension can increase the number of lymph node seizures in postoperative specimens of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma,especially the seizure of tiny lymph nodes buried in adipose tissue.3.Black-stained lymph nodes traced by nano-carbon suspension cannot be used as a basis for judging whether metastasis has occurred.
