| Purpose: By analyzing the clinical data of patients with simple lung metastasis after radical surgery for colorectal cancer(CRC),screening for high risk factors for lung metastasis, providing patients with reasonable and effective treatment to prolong survival.Method: The data of the selected study were obtained from patients who underwent CRC radical surgery from June 2014 to October 2015 in the Second Department of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University.Patients with simple lung metastases were treated as observation group without recurrence.Patients with other organ metastases were used as the control group, and patients with recurrence or other organ metastasis did not meet the study criteria to exclude them.By reviewing relevant literature and combining clinical, the patient’s age, gender,CRC growth site, nerve invasion, lymph node metastasis, vascular tumor thrombus, tumor size, preoperative serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)level, differentiation degree,10 clinical data including general classification. The collected data was analyzed using Spss 17.0 statistical software.Univariate analysis was performed using the X2 test, and multivariate analysis was performed using the logistic binary regression model, where P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result: A total of 152 patients met the study criteria, including 23 patients(15.13%)with simple lung metastases,10 patients with unilateral lung metastases(6.58%),and 13 patients with bilateral lung metastases(8.55%).The CRC growth site(P=0.005),lymph node metastasis(P=0.001),preoperative CEA level(P=0.005)and vascular tumor thrombus(P=0.000)were statistically significant(P<0.05).Then,these four indicators were analyzed by Logistic binary regression multivariate analysis to obtain CRC growth site(P=0.008),lymph node metastasis(P=0.014),preoperative CEA level(P=0.047),vascular tumor thrombus(P=0.014)were statistically significant(P < 0.05).These four indicators are risk factors for simple lung metastasis after radical CRC surgery. Conclusion: CRC growth site, preoperative CEA level, lymph node metastasis and vascular tumor thrombus are risk factors for predicting simple lung metastasis after CRC radical resection. It is recommended that patients with these high risk factors should strengthen the chest after surgery. |
