Objective:This clinical study is mainly to observe the clinical efficacy of Shu Gan Jianpi soup experience in treating non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome).The clinical effect of the treatment of this disease by Shugan Jianpi Recipe,providing new clinical treatments to reduce the pain of patients and shorten the clinical treatment time.Methods: The study was conducted by collecting a total of 109 patients with a diagnosis of Western medicine and a diagnosis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency in the outpatient clinic and ward of Mianyang City Hospital of TCM.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by computer,55 cases in the treatment group and 54 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction,Shugan Jianpi Recipe,and the control group was treated with rabeprazole combined with mosapride.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks,and follow-up surveys were conducted 4 weeks and 12 weeks after the end of the drug withdrawal.Overall effectiveness was assessed by observing changes in clinical symptoms.The statistical and observed results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 24.0 after the end of treatment.Results: There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,duration of disease,clinical main symptoms and secondary symptoms.After 8 weeks of treatment,both treatments were effective in alleviating clinical symptoms(P <0.05).The control group was better than the treatment group in acid reflux or vomiting.However,the improvement of the main sternal pain and the main symptoms were not much different.The other symptoms were better than the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up was performed 4 weeks and 12 weeks after drug withdrawal.The improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups was better than that in the control group.There is no difference in recurrence rate between the two groups after 4 weeks of withdrawal,but 12 weeks after stopping the drug.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in controlling the recurrence rate of this disease(P<0.01).There were no adverse reactions and indicators in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi Recipe is effective in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)and its long-term curative effect.It can be further promoted and applied clinically.
