Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (Liver Fever Syndrome) With Chaihu Shugan San And Zuojin Pill

Objective:To observe the liver to drain pyrolysis,and inverse acid sup pression of stomach drop treatment,use of Chaihu Shugan San and Zuojin Pill flavored to the treatment of erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(liv er stomach muggy syndrome)clinical efficacy and safety,provide the conte nt of the powerful basis for future use.Methods:From changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital outpa tient service conform to the erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(liver st omach muggy syndrome)in the diagnosis of patients with a total of 72 cases,according to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group: Chaihu Shugan San and Zuojin Pill(consisting of chaihu,huanglian,paeoniae,vinegar,wu zhuyu,fructus a urantii,chuanxiong,licorice,orange peel,rhubarb,etc.),with a course of 4weeks;Control group: dalitong granule,the same as the treatment course.The follow-up was conducted 8 weeks after the end of the course of treatment,and the RDQ questionnaire was completed to observe the recurrence rate.Results:(1)Evaluation of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.2%.the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%.After the rank sum test,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared with that of "P<0.01".(2)comparison of traditional Chine se medicine syndromes: the syndromes of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were 20.750±4.531 and 21.194±4.483,respectively,and the comparison of P>0.05 was not statistically significant.The TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were 5.556±3.745 and 11.000±5.193,respectively.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.01,with significant difference.There was a significant difference in P<0.01 in both groups before and after treatment.(3)comparison of single symptoms before and after treatment: P=0.000(P<0.01)in each symptom group of the treatment group,with significant difference;Comparison is,in t he way and upset,irritable,stool stem node symptoms no statistical differen ce(P>0.05),acid regurgitation,noisy,retrosternal burning pain,underside m outh pain,dry mouth bitter symptoms have significant difference(P<0.01);Comparison between the two groups after treatment,acid regurgitation,noisy,retrosternal pain on burning pain,underside,upset,irritability,stool stem node were statistical differences(P<0.05),and the treatment of dry mouth mouth bitter effect has no obvious difference(P>0.05).(3)RDQ total scoree valuation: in the treatment group,the total score of RDQ was 24.000 plus or minus 5.302 before treatment,and RDQ total score was 5.806±4.322 after treatment.In the 36 cases of the control group,the total score of RDQ was 23.556±5.090 before treatment,and the total RDQ total score was 11.640±6.310.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the two grous after treatment,and there was significant difference between the groups.(4)comparison of the symptom scores of RDQ: there was no statistical diff erence between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).P<0.05 was compared between the treatment group and the control group.(5)comparison of recurrence rate: follow-up at 8 weeks after the end of the treatment,1 of 35 cases in the treatment group had a recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 2.8%.Three of the 30 patients in the control group relapsed and the recurrence rate was 10.0%.After chi square test,P<0.05,there was a statistical difference.Conclusion: By analyzing the above data,explain Chaihu Shugan San and Zuojin Pill flavored to the treatment of erosive gastroesophageal reflux d isease(liver stomach muggy syndrome)clinical curative effect is good,shows that the disease by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine therapy is safe and effective,can make the patients quality of life improved,highlights the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,is a ulce ratie gastroesophageal reflux disease(liver stomach muggy syndrome)extends the concept of clinical treatment.
