Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Kechuan Recovery Capsule In The Treatment Of The Stable Phase COPD Patients With Deficiency Of Both The Lung And Kidney

Objective:Making further efforts clinical observation and study about the clinical efficacy of Kechuan Recovery capsule which were produced in Mian yang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Kechuan Recovery capsule in treating stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(deficiency of both lungs and kidneys).Methods: 74 patients with deficiency of both luns and kidneys of COPD during the stabilization period between 45 to 85 years old were enrolled in this study.In a random way,37 patients were treated as Chinese and Western medicine group(A)and 37 were treated as Western medicine group(B).The B group was given Western medicine Seretide.The A group as given Kechuan Recovery capsule and Seretide.Throughout the study,4 patients were lost in the A group and 1 patients in the B group.Finally,We analyzed the clinical data of 69 patients.The total course of treatment is 40 days.After the treatment,we analyzed the differences in symptoms,signs,m MRC score,CAT score,Finger vein oxygen,FEV1/FVC in both groups.We explored the role of Kechuan Recovery capsule in patients with COPD stable phase(deficiency of both lungs and kidneys).Results:(1)After the treatment,the main TCM symptom?m MRC and CAT are lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the A group was better than the B group(P<0.05).(2)About the Finger pulse oxygen and the FEV1/FVC,the curative effect of the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Short-term efficacy of Kechuan Recovery capsule can significantly reduce clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and increase the exercise tolerance in patients with COPD stable phase of deficiency of both the lung and kidney.(2)No adverse reactions occurred during the whole test,which confirmed the safety of the test.
