| Purpose of studyTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Pei Ben ning lung,yishen tongluo therapy in treating Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Pulmonary fibrosis?COPD-PF?in stable period?deficiency of lung and kidney,mutual syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis?.research techniqueThe 80 patients with COPD-PF who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group?40?and control group?40?.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine?self-made prescription?with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basic treatment of western medicine,and the control group was only treated with western medicine basic treatment,both of which were treated for 3months.After treatment,the total curative effect,the improvement of TCM symptoms and signs,the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the improvement of clinical symptoms,the lung function,the improvement of dyspnea,the change of arterial blood gas analysis,the safety and the adverse reaction were observed and to analyze and evaluate the efficacy and safety of different clinical treatments in the two groups.Results1?The obvious effective rate and the effective rate were 57.89%and 84.21%in the treatment group after treatment,and 27.50%and 75.00%in the control group in the total efficacy.The total efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2?In the comparative analysis of symptoms and signs points of traditional Chinese medicine:the two groups of patients treated the shortness of breath,cough,,wheezing,chest tightness,sputum,cyanosis,fatigue,self-sweating,bad wind,susceptible to cold,weak waist and knee,cold-cold limb syndrome group score were statistically analyzed,p<0.05,the differences were statistically significant;the nocturnal urine frequency multi-symptoment group score was statistically analyzed,p<0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.3?In the comparison of the total efficacy of TCM syndromes:the effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the total curative effect of TCM symptoms in the two groups were statistically analyzed,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4?Analysis and comparison of the degree of dyspnea between the two groups after treatment,by statistical analysis,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5?On the related indicators of lung function:after treatment the indicators of FVC?FEV1?TLC?FEV1/FVC?%??DLCO were statistically analyzed,all of them were p<0.05,the differences were statistically significant;the MMFR?MVV indicators were statistically analyzed,p>0.05,and the differences were not statistically significant.6?On arterial blood gas related indicators:after treatment,the indicators of Pa CO2?Pa O2 were statistically analyzed between the two groups,p>0.05,the differences were not statistically significant.7?On the observation of safety index,the blood analysis,liver function and renal function of the two groups were not evidently abnormal between before and after treatment,except for the white blood cell index,the other indexes were compared and analyzed between before and after treatment,p>0.05,the differences were not statistically significant;after treatment,the two groups of patients,white blood cell were taken a turn for the better,and each group of the white blood cell index was statistically analyzed,p>0.05,the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionThe total efficacy of peibenning lung and yishen tonglu in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary fibrosis?lung and kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome?at stable stage was better than that in the control group,whether in clinical symptoms or laboratory test results,to some extent better than the control group.Therefore,the clinical application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat the disease can achieve better curative effect. |
