Study On The Correlation Between Chinese Medicine Constitution And Type A Behavior And Individual Anxiety State In Patients With Premature Ovarian Failure

Objectives:To explore the distribution law of the TCM constitution,type A behavid anxor aniety of patients with premature ovarian failure,to analyze the relationship between TCM constitution of patients with premature ovarian failure and the type A behavid anxor aniety and other related factors,so as to provide new ideas and objective basis for the clinical treatment and prevention of this disease by TCM.Methods:By a questionnaire survey was concluted among 218 patients who meet the diagnostic and inclusion crieria of premature ovarian failure(POF)(from chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology),the patients need to fill in the "general information questionnaire","the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine physique survey scale","type A behavior questionnairec","the self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)",the survey collected information including name,age,course of the disease,surgical history,past medical history,family history,constitution,behavior(including corresponding score)and anxiety levels(including corresponding score),etc.,in turn,Excel to establish information database of the input,using SPSS 21.0 statistical software to analyze the data,draw a conclusion.Results:(1)A total of 218 cases of POF were collected that meeting the inclusion criteria In this survey,The congstitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine frequency of patients with POF was from high to low,followed by qi stagnation constitution(21.1%),qi deficiency constitution(20.2%),Yin deficiency constitution(12.8%),phlegm-dampness constitution(11.5%),Yang deficiency constitution(10.1%),blood stasis constitution(9.6%),ping deficiency constitution(8.3%),wet and hot constitution(5.5%),and specific constitution(0.9%).(2)There were A total of 80 cases(36.7%)of 218 POF patients who belonged to type A behavior.The distribution of type A and non-type A behaviors in TCM constitution was significantly different(P< 0.001).Type A behavior distribution between different TCM constitution group was statistically significant(P< 0.05),inthe majority with qi depression mass,accounting for 37.5%.(3)In 218 cases,119 cases of POF patients were anxiety patients,accounting for54.6%.The average score of anxiety was 46.39+9.41 points.The average score of anxiety of POF patients was higher than normal person,it has statistical significance(P<0..001).(4)The incidence of anxiety in the type A behavior group was higher than that in the non-type A behavior group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).(5)The chi-square test showed a significant difference in the distribution of TCM constitution between the anxious group and the non-anxious group(P <0.001).The distribution of anxiety patients in different TCM constitutions groups was statistically significant,and the majority of the TCM constitutions were qi deficiency and qi deficiency,accounting for 30.3%.(6)The chi-square test showed statistical significance(P=0.038,P=0.001,P<0.001)in the distribution of disease duration,family history and surgical history of 218 patients with POF,but no statistical significance(P=0.551)in the distribution of different ages.Conclusions:(1)Most of the TCM constitutions of POF patients are biased constitutions,and the mild and mild constitutions are rare;In the biased constitution,qi stagnation is the most,followed by qi deficiency.(2)TCM constitution of POF patients is closely related to type A behavior and anxiety.(3)Duration of disease,surgical history,and family history all had different effects on TCM constitution of POF patients,regardless of age.
