Research Of The Relation Between TCM Constitution And Serum FSH,E₂ And Anxiety Depression In Premature Ovarian Failure

Objectives:This study analyzed in patients with Premature Ovarian Failure（POF）distribution regularity of TCM constitution,anxiety and depression,discussing the relation between TCM constitution and the serum sex hormones such as FSH,E₂and anxiety,depression in patients with POF,to provide a reference and basis for the treatment of POF prevention and clinical treatment.Methods:120 cases patients with POF diagnosis&inclusion criteria were investigated from chengdu university hospital of TCM gynaecological clinic”,being questionnaire survey,filling in the“patients’general information,the“TCM Constitution Scale”,the“self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）”and the“self rating Depression Scale（SDS）”,recording the serum sex hormones as a result,to establish information database,using SPSS21.0 for statistical analysis of data.Results:（1）Gentleness constitution of 15 cases（12.5%）,biased constitution of 115cases（87.5%）in the 120cases POF patients.Among biased constitution,from high to low frequency was qi deficiency constitution（23.3%）,qi depression constitution（20.8%）,blood stasis constitution（20.0%）,yang deficiency constitution（8.3%）,yin deficiency constitution（5.8%）,phlegm-dampness constitution（4.2%）,dampness-heat constitution（3.3%）,allergic constitution（1.7%）.（2）The case of anxiety was 57（47.5%）in the 120 cases POF patients.The average score of anxiety was 48.64±11.69 points.The case of depression was79（65.8%）.The average score of depression was 52.06±12.69 points.The case of anxiety and depression was 51（42.5%）.The average score of anxiety and depression of POF patients was higher than normal person.（3）No significant differences in serum sex hormones such as FSH,E₂levels with different TCM constitution group in 120 cases POF patients.（P>0.05）.（4）The difference of 120 cases POF patients with different TCM constitution in anxiety/depression had statistically significant（P<0.05）.The prevalence of qi deficiency was the most（31.85%）in the anxiety,followed by qi depression constitution（19.3%）,blood stasis constitution（10.0%）.The prevalence of qi depression was the most（25.32%）in the depression,followed by qi deficiency constitution（22.78%）,blood stasis constitution（22.78%）.（5）The difference of 120 cases POF patients with different TCM constitution in anxiety/depression score had statistically significant（P<0.05）.The difference of qi deficiency constitution compared with blood stasis constitution,gentleness constitution,yang deficiency constitution was statistically significant in the anxiety score（P<0.05）.The difference of qi depression constitution compared with blood stasis constitution,gentleness constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution was statistically significant in the depression score（P<0.05）.Conclusions:（1）The characteristics of POF patients’physical type is much more biased constitution and little less gentleness.Among biased constitution,Rate of qi deficiency constitution is the most,followed by qi depression constitution and blood stasis constitution.（2）There is no significant difference between TCM constitution with the serum sex hormones FSH,E₂ in the POF patients.（3）There is correlation between TCM constitution with anxiety and/or depression.The most common TCM Constitution of POF patients with anxiety is qi deficiency constitution,getting the highest score.The most common TCM Constitution of POF patients with depression is qi depression constitution,getting the highest score.
