Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Zhuyu Decoction On Primary Stable Microvascular Angina Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Purpose: To investigate the clinical effect of shenqi zhuyu decoction on primary stable microvascular angina pectoris with syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine.The mechanism of shenqi zhuyu decoction was objective analyzed from the change of examination data and index before and after the experiment as well as TCM pharmacology and prescription differentiation.Mothod: A total of 66 patients who were admitted to the department of cardiology of the affiliated hospital of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 and diagnosed as primary stable microvascular angina pectoris by relevant examinations and were classified as qi-deficiency and blood-stasis based on TCM syndrome differentiation,among them,28 males and 38 females were divided into control group(33 cases)and experimental group(33 cases),Both groups were treated with beta blockers,statins and antiplatelet agents while controlling for risk factors.,Besides,the control group was added with nikedil(5mg Po tid),and the experimental group with shenqi zhuyu decoction(100ml Po tid).After 4 weeks of treatment in both groups,the frequency and duration of angina attack in both groups were observed to evaluate the improvement of patients' symptoms.The changes of myocardial ischemia after medication were evaluated by comparing the absolute value of the maximum deviation of ST segment of electrocardiogram in patients with angina induced by treadmill electrocardiogram.Meanwhile,adverse events(mainly untolerable adverse drug reactions)occurred during the treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results: after 4 weeks of drug treatment,patients in the experimental group and the control group showed significant improvement in angina pectoris symptoms,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).It is suggested that shenqi zhuyu decoction can improve the symptoms of non-obstructive microvascular angina pectoris,which is not inferior to nicodil.After the drugtreatment,the absolute values of the largest ST segment deviation in the electrocardiogram after angina pectoris induced by exercise plate test in the two groups were measured before and after the treatment in the group,P < 0.05,showing a statistical difference?This indicated that the changes of electrocardiogram ST-T in the two groups were improved after medication.However,the comparison between the two groups showed that the mean deviation of ST segment of electrocardiogram in the experiment group was the larger,and the mean values of the two groups were statistically different(P < 0.05).It indicated that the effect of nicodil on improving the electrocardiogram st-t was stronger than that of shenqi zhuyu decoction CRP values of patients in both groups were decreased compared with the previous,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).In terms of TCM syndromes,the experimental group had more significant effects than the control group.,there was a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).No serious adverse events occurred in either group,but 2 cases of headache and 1 case of oral ulcer occurred in nicodil group.Conclusion: Shenqi zhuyu decoction and nicodil have clinical efficacy in treating primary stable microvascular angina caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis.Nicodil was more effective in improving myocardial ischemia in patients,However,the effect of shenqi zhuyu decoction in improving angina symptoms is not inferior to that of nicodil,Shenqi zhuyu decoction has better effect in improving TCM syndromes,and shenqi zhuyu decoction has better safety and patient compliance.
