Treatment Of Diabetes Coronary Heart Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Treated By Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the change of TCM syndrome,electrocardiogram,glucose metabolism and blood rheology in patients with diabetic coronary heart disease angina pectoris(qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)by observing Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,and evaluate its safety Investigate the effectiveness of using Xuefu Zhuyu decoction to provide effective basis for further promotion of clinical application.Methods:This study selected 60 outpatients or inpatients who were diagnosed with coronary artery disease and angina pectoris in Shanxi Provincial Hospital from December 2016 to December 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups with a ratio of 1:1;The group is the TCM treatment group,and the B group is the western medicine control group.Dosage regimen: First 60 patients included in this study were treated with the same basic diabetes treatment :patient education,proper exercise,diabetes low-salt and low-fat diet,and those with higher blood glucose were treated with oral antihyperglycemic medication;At the time of insulin treatment,the TCM treatment group was given a flavor of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The Chinese medicines were all taken from the traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Shanxi Provincial Hospital,400 ml Shuijian Decoction,one dose daily,morning and evening service.The western medicine control group was given an oral isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablet,50 mg,and one tablet was taken every morning.Both groups of patients were referred once every 2 weeks.Both groups were recorded after 8weeks for observation of efficacy and changes in symptoms and signs.Results:1.In terms of general information,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),which was comparable;2.The evaluation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome: The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine treatment group was 90%,the western medicine control group The total effective rate was 60%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.The evaluation of the efficacy of electrocardiogram and angina pectoris: the total effective rate was 73.33%,66.67%;70%,66.67%;There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);4.Efficacy evaluation of FBG,2h PG and Hb A1c: The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);5.Evaluation of the effect of blood lipid: In the aspect of TG,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The change of curative effect showed that the high-viscosity and low-cut viscosity of the treatment group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),which proved that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving blood rheology.Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can effectively improve blood sugar,protect blood vessels,promote blood circulation of the whole body,improve the clinical symptoms of patients in TCM,and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
