Clinical Observation Of Shengmai Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Stable Stage

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengmai Hexuefu Zhuyu decoction in treat ing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to pro vide the basis for clinical popularization.Methods : From December 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with qi deficiency and blo od stasis were randomly divided into 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.The patients were treated with Shengmai Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment group and Budesonide Formoterol powder in the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate COPD total adverse reaction rate,TCM symptom sco re,pulmonary function FEV1% change,CAT score and score were observed.and data col lation,statistical analysis.Results : 1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the effective rate of the control group was 86.7%,and the effective rate of the treatment grou p was 90.0%,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).after 2.treatment,t he incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,there was no ad verse reaction in the treatment group,and 4 cases in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pulmonary functi on FEV1% between the two groups before 3.treatment(P >0.05);after treatment,there w as no significant difference in pulmonary function FEV1% between the two groups(P >0.05);before and after treatment,the lung function FEV1% between the two groups was hig her than before treatment(P <0.05).4.CAT scores of the two groups were compared bef ore treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05);after treatment,th e CAT scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P >0.05);before and aft er treatment,the CAT scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.m MRC scores of the two groups wer e compared before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05);aft er treatment,the m MRC scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P >0.05);before and after treatment,the m MRC scores of the two groups were lower than befor e treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Prior to 6.treatme nt,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score betwe en the two groups(P >0.05);before and after treatment,compared between the two group s,the TCM symptom score after treatment was lower than before treatment,and the differ ence was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion : The results of this study show that Shengmai Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and B udesonide Formoterol powder inhalation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve lung function and improve living standard of patients with qi deficiency and blo od stasis type COPD.
