OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical experience of Professor Li Mingquan in treating chronic nephritis by data mining technology,to explore the regularity of TCM syndromes and the characteristics of prescription medication of TCM,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of TCM treatment.METHODS: From January 1,2013 to December 31,2018,the outpatients diagnosed as chronic nephritis by Professor Li Mingquan,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. The outpatient data were collected through the information center of our hospital.A total of 1138 patients were diagnosed with 8467 times.By establishing Excel database and using statistical methods such as frequency analysis, cluster analysis and non-parametric analysis, this paper explores the distribution law of TCM syndromes of chronic nephritis and the characteristics of TCM prescriptions of tutors.Result:1.By analyzing the TCM syndromes of 1138 patients, the top 10 symptoms and signs were lumbago, frequency of urination, lumbar acid, lumbar distention, dry mouth, fatigue, nocturia, abdominal distention, sore throat and cough. The tongue texture is red, dark red and dull. The tongue coating is yellow, thin yellow and white. The pulse signs are fine veins, several veins and smooth veins. The deficiency of kidney-qi,Qi-Yin Deficiency and lung-kidney Qi deficiency are the main syndromes. The main pathogenesis of chronic nephritis is damp-heat syndrome,wind-heat syndrome,wind-cold syndrome and blood stasis syndrome, which indicates that the main pathogenesis of chronic nephritis is lung, spleen and kidney damage, supplemented by rheumatism, heat and blood stasis.2.Through the analysis of 12401 prescriptions of 1138 patients, the results are as follows: the first 18 kinds of Chinese medicines are fried malt, astragalus, cherry fruit,Scutellaria baicalensis,Scutellaria baicalensis, dandelion,Schisandra chinensis,Angelica sinensis,wind-proof,scorpion,cicada molt, light bamboo leaves,Coix seed, licorice, zedoary rhizome, white grass, jasmine and thistle;the first five kinds of medicines are heat-clearing and toxic drugs, tonifying and astringent drugs, eliminating wind and dredging collaterals.Drugs, clearing away dampness and heat, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis;medicinal properties are mainly cold, warm and calm, and five flavors are mainly sweet, bitter and bitter, which belong to liver, lung, spleen and kidney meridians.Through cluster analysis,16 pairs and 12 combinations of medicines commonly used by tutors in treating chronic nephritis were obtained.3.130 patients with chronic nephritis were divided into proteinuria group(94cases)and hematuria group(60 cases). The clinical effects were analyzed and compared.Quantitative 24-hour proteinuria and urinary red blood cell count were tested by non-parametric test,P < 0.05.The difference was statistically significant. The total effective rate of proteinuria group was 63.83% after treatment, and that of hematuria group was 71.67%.According to the above data, traditional Chinese medicine can improve chronic kidney. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of chronic nephritis is mainly impaired lung, spleen and kidney, supplemented by rheumatism, heat and blood stasis.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment mainly includes heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs, tonifying and astringent drugs, and expelling wind and dredging collaterals, promoting dampness and removing blood stasis. The curative effects of TCM symptoms, urinary red blood cell count and 24-hour urinary protein quantification in patients with chronic nephritis were analyzed. It was suggested that the tutor had significant effect in improving TCM symptoms and laboratory indicators with fewer adverse reactions.
