| Objective:Using jiawei liuwei dihuang decoction to treat patients with liver-kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy,the clinical effect of this prescription was observed by comparing the changes of symptoms and laboratory indexes before and after treatment.Method:Forty patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy were included,given to "nourished liver kidney and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis" prescriptions for the principle of "flavored liuwei dihuang decoction" treatment,treatment for 8weeks,observed before and after treatment in patients with TCM symptom score,24 h urine protein quantitative,fasting glucose,2 hours postprandial glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin experimental indexes such as the change situation,were analyzed.Results:1.24 h urinary protein quantification: after 8 weeks of treatment,the quantitative indexes of urinary protein were reduced to different degrees in 40 patients after 4 weeks of treatment and 24 h after 8 weeks of treatment,which were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05).2.TCM syndromes Score:After treatment,the score of TCM syndromes of40 patients decreased significantly.After 4 weeks of treatment(P< 0.05),there were significant differences;so as after 8 weeks of treatment(P< 0.05).3.Comprehensive efficacy: the total effective rate in this study was92.50%.Conclusion:1.Modified liuwei dihuang decoction can reduce the 24 h urine protein quantity in patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy.2.Modified liuwei dihuang decoction can improve the clinical symptomsof TCM in patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy.3.Modified liuwei dihuang decoction has a certain clinical effect in treating patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy. |
