Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Shenqi Dihuang Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy (deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Combined With Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in treating early diabetic nephropathy with two deficiency of spleen and kidney and blood stasis type,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in treating early diabetic nephropathy of spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The aim of this study was to observe the changes of glycemia,lipid metabolism and urinary protein excretion rate in the early stage of spleen kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods: according to the standard of clinical observation,60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who met the oral standard were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization.One group was a treatment group and the other group was a control group.The number of cases in each group was 30 cases.The control group was treated with standardized conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group,1 dose per day.To observe the clinical indicators of glycosylated hemoglobin,blood glucose,24 h urinary protein,urinary albumin,ACR and blood lipids in February,we observed the changes of TCM symptoms and changes of indicators before and after treatment,and evaluated the clinical efficacy and urinary protein excretion rate of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in treating early diabetic nephropathy with blood stasis syndrome and spleen and kidney deficiency.Blood glucose metabolism and blood lipid.Results: 1.Before treatment,the gender,age,weight,course of disease,24-hour urinary protein,urinary microalbumin,UACR,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood glucose and blood lipid information of the two groups were collected and statistically analyzed(P >0.05).2.After the statistical analysis and comparison of TCM symptom scores and TCM symptoms and signs of the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),it can be determined that there is no correlation.3.After treatment,the TCM related clinical symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were improved,and the TCM symptom score decreased.The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 86.67%.According to the clinical effective rate,it can be determined that the treatment group is more effective than the control group.And statistical analysis showed that P < 0.05,4.After treatment,the two groups can effectively regulate glycosylated hemoglobin,postprandial blood glucose,blood glucose,reduce 24 h urinary protein,ACR and improve renal damage,correct lipid metabolism disorder,and the statistical analysis before and after treatment showed that P < 0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.In the trial,the patients did not have any adverse effects and side effects with the drug,which confirmed the safety of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of early DKD.Conclusion: 1.Jiawei Shenqi Dihuang Decoction can reduce the TCM symptom scores of early diabetic nephropathy patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney and blood stasis type,and improve the clinical symptoms of TCM.It has a good clinical effect in TCM treatment of the disease.The results are as follows:(1)the clinical efficacy of the decoction is better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The results are as follows:(1)the TCM symptom scores of the early diabetic nephropathy patients with the deficiency of the spleen and kidney and the blood stasis type of the blood stasis can be reduced,and the clinical symptoms of the Chinese Medicine 2.Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined with western medicine treatment can more effectively reduce fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin,correct lipid metabolism disorder,reduce urinary protein excretion rate,urinary microalbumin and UACR,protect the normal renal physiological function of patients,and delay the progress of the disease.3.Modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction is safe and effective,which is worthy of further study and application.
