Observationclinical Observation On The Treatment Of Supraspinatus Tendinitis (Stasis Type) With Paste Massage

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of paste and traditional massage in the treatment of supraspinatus tendonitis(stasis type).Methods:60 patients were operated and grouped according to the random digital table given by the statistical software according to the random digital table method),They were divided into observation group(ointment massage group)and control group(traditional massage group).Among them,the plaster massage group was treated by manipulation after external application of Xiaoyu ointment,,The traditional massage group referred to the treatment of the disease in the teaching materials for operation.The two groups of patients were treated once a day,with 1 course of treatment for 7 days,and a total of 2 courses of treatmen.To observe the visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain and the level of daily activities(ADL)before and after treatment in the two groups,and to evaluate the clinical effect of treating supraspinatus tendinitis(stasis type),and to explore the clinical effect of the treatment of supraspinatus tendinitis(stasis type)by SPSS19.0 statistical analysis.Result:1.Clinical observation showed that VAS and ADL scores of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group after treatment(P<0.0 5),showing statistical significance.2.the total effective rate of the control group was 7 3.3 3%and that of the observation group was 86.67%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.It has a good effect on the treatment of supraspinatus tendonitis(stasis type)2.The treatment of supraspinatus tendonitis(stasis type)with cream massage is better than traditional massage.
