Objective:To observe the clinical observation of wound healing efficiency of the addition of Didang Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:Thirty-two patients with diabetic foot ulcers who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Vascular surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the control group and the test group,16 cases each. There were no significant differences in gender, age, and duration of disease between the two groups. The two groups were treated with the same basic treatment. The test group was given the addition of Didang Decoction, and the control group was given the same treatment except for the decoction. The treatment period was 30 days. After treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups, namely improved scores of the wound healing efficiency and changes in activated partial thromboplastin time and fibrinogen in coagulation function tests and changes in ankle brachial pressure index, were observed.Statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences between the two groups. Results:The test group was superior to the control group in the score of the wound healing efficiency(p<0.05).The activated partial thromboplastin time and fibrinogen in the coagulation function test was better in the test group than in the control group(p<0.05).The ankle brachial pressure index was better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:the addition of Didang Decoction can promote the healing ability of wounds of diabetic foot ulcers;the addition of Didang Decoction can increase the activated partial thromboplastin time in patients with diabetic foot ulcers;the addition of Didang Decoction can reduce the platelet fibrinogen in patients with diabetic foot ulcers;the addition of Didang Decoction can lower the ankle brachial pressure index of patients with diabetic foot ulcers.
