Oclinical Observation On Chitosan Chinese-medicine Multiple Treatment Of Diabetic Foot Ulcer

Objective:This study is based on the Clinical Observation of Treatme nt Chitosan Chinese-medicine Multiple with Diabetic Foot Ulcer,to compare the clinical efficacy of Chitosan Chinese-medicine M ultiple and Kangfuxin Solution in accelerating wounds' recovering and provide a further theoretical basis for the treatment of Dia betic Foot Ulcer with Chitosan Chinese-medicine Multiple.Methods:The 60 patients which comply with inclusion criterias were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chi tosan Chinese-medicine Multiple to once-daily,the control group was treated with Kangfuxin Solution to once-daily,and these tw o groups were with basic therapy and conventional debridement,t he clinical treatment was planted to last for 4 weeks.All the ul cers were recorded and calculated with "Image J" at pre-treatm ent and 2,4 weeks post-treatment.Using rating scale to grade Wo unds at pre-treatment and weeks post-treatment and record.Finall y,analyse all the data in the study by using statistic analysis,a nd compare their results.Results:1.After four weeks of treatment,the effect of ulcer area a nd ulcer depth were reduced dramatically in two groups(P<0.05),and treatment group were superior to control group with a s ignificant difference.2.After four weeks of treatment,the symptom integral of ulc er were reduced dramatically in two groups(P<0.05),and treatme nt group were superior to control group with a significant diffe rence.3.Overall efficacy evaluation of two groups:the cure rate o f treatment group was 26.7%,recovery rate was 83.3%;the cur e rate of treatment group was 16.7%,recovery rate was 36.7%.The treatment group were superior to control group with a signi ficant difference(P<0.05,Z=-3.062).Conclusion:Chitosan Chinese-medicine Multiple significantly decreased ul cer area and ulcer depth,it's effective in improving symptoms a nd signs for the patients with DFU.It can also promote wound h ealing,and it is effective and more effective than Kangfuxin Sol ution in treating DFU.
