| Objective:(1)To investigate the blood pressure variability in patients with prediabetes;(2)The application value of uhrafast pulse wave velocity in patients with prediabetes;(3)To investigate the correlation between blood pressure variability and arterial stiffness in patients with prediabetes,in order to evaluate the application of blood pressure variability in the evaluation of arterial stiffness in prediabetic patients. Methods: 84 subjects including 26 cases in the prediabetes group,14 cases in the hypertension group,11 cases in the hypertension with prediabetes group, and 33 control subjects.First of all,24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was used to detect blood pressure variability in each group.uhrafast pulse wave velocity was used to detect arterial stiffness in each group, and the basic data and blood biochemical indexes of the samples were collected,Count data analysis using chi-square test. The comparison of general basic data, blood pressure variability and uhrafast pulse wave velocity in each group by using two independent sample t-test,To evaluate uhrafast pulse wave velocity and various factors by using Pearson correlation analysis, using multiple linear stepwise regression analysis the influencing factors of arterial stiffness influencing factors.Results:(1)The results of general data analysis showed that creatinine, low density lipoprotein(LDL),nSBPCV,PWVES and PWVBS in prediabetic patients were different from those in normal group(P < 0.05).There were differences in creatinine,triglyceride,LDL,HbA1 c,dDBPCV,nSBPCV,nDBPCV,PWVES,PWVBS and IMT between hypertension and prediabetes patients(P < 0.05).There were differences in low density lipoprotein(LDL),nSBPCV,nDBPCV and PWVES(P < 0.05)in hypertensive patients. There are differences in creatinine,IMT and prediabetes in hypertensive patients with prediabetes. There were differences in creatinine,dDBPCV,PWVES and prediabetes(P < 0.05)in prediabetes patients with hypertension.(2)Pearson correlation analysis of arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular risk factors showed that the PWVES of the entry population was positively correlated with blood glucose, low density lipoprotein and nSBPCV(r values were 0.46,0.329,0.259,P < 0.05),and negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein(r value was-0.264,P < 0.05).There was a positive correlation between PWVBS and blood glucose, low density lipoprotein and nSBPCV(r value was 0.316,0304,0.240,respectively,P < 0.05).IMT was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and creatinine(r = 0.284,0.445,0.223,P < 0.05),and negatively correlated with urea nitrogen(r =-0.218,P < 0.05).(3)Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that blood glucose and nSBPCV were independent factors affecting PWVES(β=0.439,0.211,P < 0.05).Blood sugar and low density lipoprotein were independent factors affecting PWVBS(β= 0.240,0.221,P < 0.05).Diastolic pressure and urea nitrogen were independent factors affecting IMT(β=0.488,0.292,P < 0.05).Conclusion: There is a variation in blood pressure variability in prediabetes, and the combination of hypertension has synergistic effect on the increase of blood pressure variability.nSBPCV is positively correlated with PWVBS and PWVES,and nSBPCV is an independent correlation factor of PWVES.The night systolic blood pressure variability may be used as a predictor of arterial stiffness changes. |
