Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of bronchoscopy in the treatment of children with endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 25 children with endobronchial tuberculosis who underwent bronchoscopy in a children's hospital in Chongqing from May 2013 to September 2018.Results:A total of 80 cases of bronchoscopy in all 25 children with endobronchial tuberculosis.Significantly effective 52.00%(13/25),effective 40.00%(10/25),ineffective 8.00%(2/25),total effective rate 92.00%(23/25).30 cases were treated with a single interventional method.27 cases were treated with a single interventional method, and 53 cases were treated with two or more interventional methods. The former had a total effective rate of70.37%(19/27),and the latter had a total effective rate of 90.57%(48/53),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoscopy intervention can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of children with endobronchial tuberculosis, effectively improve airway obstruction, remove necrotic tissue, and promote the absorption oflesions. The combination of multiple interventional methods is better than the single intervention, and the appropriate intervention plan should be selected according to the specific conditions of the child.
