| Objectives Based on the research on the related documents of the Journal of the Chinese knowledge Network Database,we find out that the liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome is related to the disease and the characteristics of medication,and find out the correlation between different diseases and the drug use and the difference of the same prescription in the treatment of different diseases.To provide reference for TCM treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods From January 1,1964 to December 31,2017,2483 articles were included in the clinical study of syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency.The disease name,prescription name and traditional Chinese medicine name of the literature are standardized.The searched literature is exported in the form of refworks and saved in the form of notepad.The key words k1 recorded the disease name,prescription and traditional Chinese medicine item by item,and established different databases of disease name,prescription and traditional Chinese medicine respectively,and saved them in the form of notepad.The commonly used prescriptions were classified separately,and the disease names included in the literature were recorded item by item and saved in the form of notepad.The common prescriptions are classified according to the common diseases,and the Chinese medicine contained in the k1 item is recorded one by one,and the traditional Chinese medicine is stored in the form of a notepad.The data statistics and visualization of the disease,the prescription and the traditional Chinese medicine are analyzed by the introduction of the citaplace software,and the differences between the related diseases of the common prescription treatment of the liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome and the addition and subtraction of the same are obtained.Results 1 The results of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome,prescription and traditional Chinese medicine:(1)Disease statistics: 162 kinds of diseases are involved,the most common of which is hepatitis.The digestive system is the main disease department.(2)Prescription statistics: A total of 323 prescriptions are involved,most of which are in the form of a reconciliation agent,and the representative is the addition and subtraction of Xiaoyao Powder.(3)Statistics of traditional Chinese medicine: a total of244 drugs are involved,the frequency of use is 12978 times.Atractylodes macrocephala is the most widely used medicine.The use of drugs is mostly focused on tonifying deficiency drugs.The main medicine is liver and spleen,the medicine is warm and flat,and the taste of traditional Chinese medicine is bitter.2 Statistics on the difference between common prescriptions in the treatment of diseases and the use of additional and subtractive drugs:(1)Statistics of commonly used prescriptions in the treatment of diseases:There were 133 kinds of diseases treated with Xiaoyao Powder,the most of which were hepatitis,accounting for 18.77%.There were 15 kinds of disease treatment in the main side,and the most acute bowel syndrome,accounting for 53.42%.The disease was 17,most of which were irritable bowel syndrome,and the proportion was 16.22%.In the treatment of 14 kinds of diseases,the most of them were hepatitis,and the proportion was 31.03%.The treatment of the disease is 13 kinds,most of which is hepatitis,the proportion of which is35.14%.(2)Statistics of the addition and subtraction of Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of different diseases: the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of hepatitis is mainly tonifying deficiency drugs,accounting for 25.74%.The traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of depression was mainly tranquilized medicine,accounting for 41.67%.Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of functional dyspepsia is mainly regulating qi drugs,accounting for 36.67%.The traditional Chinese medicine for chloasma was mainly promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,accounting for 33.93%.The main traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome was regulating qi drugs,accounting for 58.82%.Tongxieyao recipe for the treatment of diseases plus or subtractive drugs: the treatment of intestinal diseases is mainly to supplement deficiency drugs,accounting for 25.13%.Sini Powder and Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of diseases: traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of functional dyspepsia is mainly tonifying deficiency drugs,accounting for 29.17%.Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome is mainly tonifying deficiency drugs,accounting for 17.95%.Traditional Chinese medicine for hepatitis treatment is mainly tonifying deficiency medicine,accounting for 38.89%.Chaishaoliujunzi decoction was used to treat diseases: the proportion of traditional Chinese medicine for functional dyspepsia was mainly qi regulating medicine and dampness medicine,accounting for 23.53%.Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of hepatitis is mainly antipyretic drugs,accounting for 27.59%.The main treatment of gastritis was Huoxue Huayu drugs,accounting for 42.86%.3 Statistics of common prescriptions and common diseases: hepatitis,irritable bowel syndrome,functional dyspepsia include Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Atractylodes macrocephala,Bupleurum chinense and Codonopsis pilosula.Conclusions 1 Syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency is more common in digestive system diseases.2 The prescription of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is mainly composed of conciliators,and the representative side is Xiaoyao Powder.3 The traditional Chinese medicine of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is mainly the combination of tonifying deficiency medicine,regulating qi medicine and relieving surface medicine.The main meridians are liver and spleen;the medicine is mainly warm and flat;the taste of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly bitter.4 Xiaoyao Powder is mainly used to supplement deficiency drugs in the treatment of hepatitis diseases,tranquilizing drugs in the treatment of depression,regulating qi drugs in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs in the treatment of chloasma,and regulating qi drugs in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.5 Tongxieyao recipe in the treatment of intestinal diseases to add and subtract drugs to supplement deficiency drugs.6 Sini Powder and Chaihu Shugan Powder
