Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Peri-Menopausal Syndrome With Kidney-Yin Deficiency Syndrome By Guishen Pills Combined With Press-Needle

Objectives To observe the changes of clinical symptoms,hormone levels and various observation scales in patients with peri-menopausal syndrome with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome by observing traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Guishen Pills and decoction combined with sputum acupuncture,in order to evaluate the treatment of this disease.Methods 1 Study subjects: 90 patients with peri-menopausal syndrome and kidney yin deficiency syndrome who were treated at the gynecological clinic of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.2 Research methods: 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into acupuncture group,Chinese medicine group and sputum needle group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.30 cases of acupuncture group,taking oral Chinese medicine decoction,returning to the kidney pill combined with sputum acupuncture treatment,Guishen Pill plus decoction decoction,200 ml,1 day,morning and evening;ear acupuncture selection endocrine,internal Genital,kidney,Shenmen,sympathetic points;needle selection Qingling needle,diameter 0.2 * 0.3mm,pressed 3 to 4 times a day,twice a week pressure,alternating between the two ears;30 cases of Chinese medicine group,given oral alone The traditional Chinese medicine decoction was treated with Guishen Pills plus reduction and decoction;30 cases of sputum acupuncture group were treated with auricular acupuncture and acupuncture,and all three groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment for 2 courses.3 Observation indicators: The Kupperman(female menopausal self-test)score changes,hormone levels and TCM syndrome scores were recorded separately before treatment to assess the efficacy of the drug.Results:1 Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score changes: Kupperman score and TCM syndrome scores of the acupuncture group were better than the Chinese medicine group and the sputum needle group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Changes in hormone levels: After treatment,the levels of serum estradiol(E2)in the three groups were higher than before,and the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and serum luteinizing hormone(LH)decreased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of E2,FSH and LH in the acupuncture group were significantly improved compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the sputum acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 The main single TCM symptom changes: After treatment,the acupuncture group was better than the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group in improving the patients' hot and sweating,waist and knee and softness and insomnia(P<0.05).4 Kupperman score efficacy and TCM syndrome scores: 30 people in the acupuncture group,the total effective rate of Kupperman score was 93.33%,9 were cured,14 were markedly effective,5 were effective,and 2 were invalid.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome points was 96.67%,11 people were cured,16 were markedly effective,2 were effective,and 1 was invalid.In the Chinese medicine group of 29 people,the total effective rate of Kupperman score was 82.76%,4 people were cured,8 were effective,12 were markedly effective,and 5 were invalid.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome points is 93.10%,4 people are cured,12 are markedly effective,11 are effective,and 2 are invalid.In the sputum group of 29 people,the total effective rate of Kupperman score was 75.86%,4 were cured,9 were markedly effective,9 were effective,and 7 were invalid.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome scores was 82.76%,5 were cured,8 were markedly effective,11 were effective,and 5 were ineffective.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The acupuncture group was superior to the Chinese medicine group and the sputum needle group.Conclusions:Guishen Pills combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for treating patients with peri-menopausal syndrome with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome can effectively reduce Kupperman score and TCM syndrome scores,improve symptoms such as hot sweating,backache and insomnia,and improve serum E2.Level,reduce FSH and LH levels.Figure 0;Table 10;Reference 144...
