Clinical Observation Of Guishen Pill Modification Combined With Ear Point Pressing Beans In Treating Menopausal Syndrome (Syndrome Of Kidney Yin Deficiency)

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to treat the menopausal syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency with guishen pill plus and minus combined with auricular pressure beans.To observe the clinical effectiveness and safety of guishen pill plus and minus decoction in treating the syndrome of renal Yin deficiency of menopausal syndrome,and to explore the mechanism of guishen pill plus and minus decoction in treating the syndrome of renal Yin deficiency of menopausal syndrome.Material and method : This study adopts the method of design of randomized controlled trials,to choose in September 2018-October 2019 visits in liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology menopause syndrome(kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)was diagnosed,and included in the standard of 80 cases of patients,randomly divided into two groups,observation group 40 cases used to kidney pills and subtract joint ear bean therapy,Chinese medicine medicinal broth in the control group 40 cases with simple kidney pills and subtract oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth.After three months of clinical treatment,the improved kupperman score,female serum hormone levels(FSH,E2,LH),TCM syndrome score and clinical effect of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,and the safety evaluation and adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment.SPSS20.0statistical software was used to analyze and process the clinical data and evaluate the results.Results:1.In terms of the modified kupperman score,values in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the reduction level in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.In terms of female serum hormone levels,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)values in the two groups were both lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while estradiol(E2)values were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement level of serum hormone in the observation groupwas significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of TCM syndrome score,values in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the reduction level in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of clinical comprehensive efficacy in the observation group and the control group was 94.44% and 75.68%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rates of TCM syndromes in the observation group and the control group were 91.67% and 70.27%,respectively(P<0.05).5.No obvious adverse reactions and side effects occurred in the two groups during the treatment,indicating that both groups had higher safety.Conclusion:The clinical effect of guishen pill plus or minus traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with auricular point pressure bean was significantly better than that of the pure traditional Chinese medicine decoction group.After the treatment,the reproductive endocrine hormone level of the patients was improved,and a series of symptoms of menopause syndrome were significantly relieved.The clinical effect was significant and safe.
