Expression Of E-cadherin And VEGF In Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor And Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To analyze the expression and clinical significance of VEGF and E-cadherin in gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GISTs),so as to provide reference for its clinical treatment and prognosis.Methods: Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect VEGF and E-cadherin in pathological sections of 40 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GISTs).The relationship between them and gender,age,primary site of tumor,grade of risk of gastrointestinal stromal tumor,tumor diameter and number of nuclear division of patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor was analyzed.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of all results,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: The positive expression rates of VEGF and E-cad in gastrointestinal stromal tumors were,respectively,related to the risk grade,tumor diameter,and nuclear division number of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(P <0.05),but not related to the patient's gender,age,and primary tumor site(P>0.05).VEGF,E-cadherin in extremely low and low risk group,high risk in the way and diameter 2 cm or less,between 2.1~5cm in diameter and diameter >5cm between groups and fission number < 5/50 HPF,fission number 5/50 HPF or there are significant differences between groups(P < 0.05),with an increased risk,and with the increase of tumor diameter and VGEF high expression rate will increase,and E-cadherin positive rate and reduce,the correlation analysis,the negative correlation VGEF,E-cadherin(P<0.01).Conclusion: The up-regulated expression of VEGF protein and the down-regulated of E-cadherin protein are closely related to the occurrence,development,metastasis and invasion of gastrointestinal stromal tumors,and the expression of VEGF and E-cadherin in gastrointestinal stromal tumors is negatively correlated.The detection of the two proteins has reference significance for the evaluation of the malignant degree and prognosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
