Exploring Professor Liu Qiquan's Experiences In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective:Data mining Professor Liu Qiquan's treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG)related information,in order to provide a reference for the treatment of the disease,to further improve the experience of CNAG treatment.Methods:Using the TCM inheritance support platform's(V2.5 version)subsystem("clinical acquisition system","statistical reporting system","data analysis system",etc.)internal related functions(such as: "patient information","medical case statistics"","prescription statistics",etc.)Analyze and discuss 303 relevant information about CNAG patients collected through the clinic of Professor Liu Qiquan of the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results:1.Patient information statisticsAmong the 303 statistics,161 males and 142 females;the 50-59 age group is the concentrated segment of patients,accounting for 26.07% of the total.2.TCM disease,syndrome,tongue and pulse statisticsIn the input data,"Chinese medicine disease statistics" showed that the frequency of "stomach pain" and "stomach cramps" were 158 times and 145 times respectively;"statistics statistics" showed a total of 6 cases,and patients with liver and stomach disharmony had the highest frequency.It was 162 times,accounting for 53.46% of the total."Symptom statistics" showed a total of 10 kinds of tongue,8 kinds of tongue coating,15 kinds of pulse and 31 clinical symptoms,including 151 times of red tongue,119 times of thin white moss,129 times of string pulse,218 times of hernia.They are the highestfrequency sub-position.3.drug frequency and drug taste return statistical resultsThe "drug frequency statistics" of the data entered showed a total of 138 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,including 30 flavors of single-drugs with a frequency of 60 times or more,and 18 flavors of single-drugs with a frequency of between 20 and 60 times.There are a total of 19 flavors of single-drugs with a frequency of between 10 and 20 times,and a total of 72 flavors of single-drugs with a frequency of less than 10 times.The "four-gas statistics" of "sexual taste statistics" showed that "temperate drugs" had the highest frequency,which was 3181 times;"five-flavor statistics" showed that "bitter drugs" had the highest frequency,4627 times;"statistics of statistics" showed spleen,The stomach and liver were classified into the top three in frequency,followed by 4176 times,3734 times,and 3399 times.4.Group rules and new party analysis resultsThrough the "group prescription" analysis prescription,when the support degree is 290 and the confidence level is 0.95,the operation result shows that the 17-flavor core drug is obtained;the correlation degree is set to 8 by the "new party analysis",and the penalty degree is 4,the operation is obtained.Based on the 26 core drug combinations,13 clusters were extracted and 13 new parties were extracted.Conclusion: Based on the version of TCM Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5),professor Liu Qiquan's experience in treating CNAG's deportation is based on the analysis of the data.It is basically clear that Professor Liu"regulates the liver and stomach,not leaving the five internal organs;Part of the experience of Gufang;and through the platform "data analysis system"to obtain some new parties with clinical significance,has a certain significance to promote the systematic and comprehensive experience of Professor Liu Qiquan in the treatment of CNAG.However,due to the limitations of sample capacity and internal data information and time period's constraints,the experience gained may not be completed and needs to be further deepened and expanded.
