| Objective:In this paper,a randomized controlled experiment was conducted to study the clinical effect of kidney-tonifying blood-activating phlegm and dampness-relieving prescription on the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm-dampness with threatened abortion(former polycystic ovary syndrome)?Methods:From September 2016 to January 2019,sixty patients with threatened abortion(former polycystic ovary syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria and were willing to cooperate with the study were admitted to the outpatient and inpatient department of the affiliated hospital of jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was given 10 mg of dichroprogesterone tablets orally,three times a day,progesterone injection 20 mg intramuscular injection,once a day,the treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,and then the parallel control group was used for the experiment?The clinical efficacy rate of each group was treated until 12 weeks of pregnancy,and the clinical efficacy rate of each group was observed before and after treatment?Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of 90.00% in the treatment group was higher than 46.67% in the control group?Statistical analysis showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the main clinical symptoms and signs of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm-dampness type with threatened abortion(former polycystic ovary syndrome)(P<0.05).In the intra-group comparison,serum HCG levels at each gestational week after the start of treatment were significantly higher than those at the preceding gestational week(P<0.05)?Serum HCG levels at each gestational week after the start of treatment were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the progesterone level in the control group and the treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05)?After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)?After treatment,the D-Di value in the treatment group was significantly decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the D-Di value in the control group was not significantly changed,without statistical significance(P>0.05),and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)?Conclusion:Mentor to summarize clinical experience for many years and control of kidney-tonifying blood-activating phlegm and dampness-relieving prescription to improve clinical curative effect in patients with threatened abortion(former polycystic ovary syndrome)improve symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine ?improve HCG and progestin P?reduce D-Di curative effect is distinct,therefore,adopt the party in the treatment of kidney and blood stasis and phlegm wet with threatened abortion(former polycystic ovary syndrome)has good effect and is worth further clinical application?... |
