Objective:To collect the data of diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors in Xiqing District from 2010-2015,including the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors,analyze the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Xiqing District,monitor the distribution of malignant tumors and population,sex,age,incidence and mortality order and trend,and obtain the incidence of malignant tumors in Xiqing District through analysis and calculation.To formulate effective intervention measures to control the prevalence of malignant tumors and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods:The data of this study were collected from the cancer incidence monitoring database and the direct network report data of Xiqing District residents in Tianjin from2010-2015.The population composition was calculated based on the 2000 Chinese population data.The population data were collected from the Public Security Department of the district under the jurisdiction.The data were classified according to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10).The data were entered into the management of the Chronic Disease Department of the Disease Prevention Center of Xiqing District in Tianjin.Data entry management was carried out by physical software.IBM SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical analysis.?~2 test and trend?~2test were used for survival rate comparison.Log-rank test was used for survival rate comparison.Cox proportional risk model was used for analysis of influencing factors of survival rate.Results:(1)From 2010-2015,6815 new cases of malignant tumors were reported,including3350 males and 3465 females.The incidence of malignant tumors was higher in males than in females.The incidence of malignant tumors was 304.25/100,000 in males and301.66/100,000 in females.(2)From 2010-2015,the top three malignant tumors in Xiqing District were:lung cancer incidence 489.06/100,000,breast cancer incidence 151.32/100,000,liver cancer incidence145.70/100,000.Male malignant tumors incidence ranked the top three respectively:lung cancer incidence 546.14,liver cancer incidence 205.21/100,000,gastric cancer incidence151.04/100,000 women,the highest incidence of malignant tumors was 43.34/100,000 for lung cancer,294.81/100,000 for breast cancer and 195.14/100,000 for thyroid cancer.Males had higher incidence of malignant tumors except breast cancer and thyroid cancer than females.(3)In 2010-2015,the incidence of malignant tumors in Xiqing District of Tianjin was also different in different age groups.The incidence of malignant tumors increased significantly from 35 groups.Leukemia mainly occurred in the 0-10 age group.All parts of the 25-40 age group had incidence.The incidence of lung cancer and liver cancer increased with age.The incidence of lung cancer and liver cancer increased significantly over 45 years old,and the incidence of 65-85 years old group was the highest.The incidence of breast cancer and thyroid cancer increased significantly from 25 years old,and the incidence of malignant tumors increased significantly from over 40 years old.(4)From 2010-2015,3200 deaths of malignant tumors were reported in Xiqing District.The average annual mortality rate of malignant tumors was 142.90/100,000.The top three mortality rates of malignant tumors were:lung cancer mortality rate was 62.42/100,000,liver cancer mortality rate was 182/100,000 and stomach cancer mortality rate was 132/100,000.There was no significant change in the average crude mortality rate between 2010 and 2015.(5)In 2010-2015,the top three leading mortality rates for men with malignant tumors in Xicheng District were lung cancer,with 776 deaths,70.47 deaths per 100,000,287 deaths from liver cancer,26.93 deaths per 100,000 and 183 deaths from stomach cancer.The mortality rate was 16.7 deaths per 100,000 live births,with 623 deaths from lung cancer,38.58 deaths per 100,000 live births,126 deaths from liver cancer,11.07 deaths per 100,000live births and 112 deaths from stomach cancer.The mortality rate is 9.88/100,000.The difference between the sexes is statistically significant.With the exception of breast and cervical cancer,there is a significant difference between men and women in the mortality rate of other malignant tumors.The mortality rate of men is higher than that of women.(6)Death cases occur in all age groups.The mortality rate of the population presents a typical-shaped curve,showing a low between two high schools.There is a peak mortality rate in the 0-1 age group.Leukemia is a malignant tumor in the 0-14 age group.The death rate of lung cancer mainly occurs in the age group over 45 years old.The death rate of the80-year-old age group reaches a peak.The mortality rate of male is significantly higher than that of female.The mortality rate of liver cancer is the main cause.We should concentrate on the age group over 35 years old and reach the peak in the age group of 80-year-old.Male mortality rate is obviously higher than that of female.Lung cancer,gastric cancer,leukemia and breast cancer are the main causes of death of malignant tumors in the age group of 15-34years old.Lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,intestinal cancer and breast cancer are the main causes of death in the age group 35-49 years old.All kinds of malignant tumors in the age group over 50 years old have death cases.The mortality of gastric cancer and intestinal cancer showed an obvious upward trend.(7)Observation of survival of lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer and breast cancer showed that 677 cases of lung cancer were observed and 174 cases survived,accounting for25.70%of the observed cases.503 Cases died,accounting for 74.30%of the observed cases.The median survival days were 181 days,209 cases of liver cancer were observed,47 cases survived,accounting for 22.49%of the observed cases,162 cases died,accounting for77.51%of the observed cases,and the median survival days were 181 days.In 153 days,163cases of gastric cancer were observed,50 cases survived,accounting for 30.67%of the observed cases,113 cases died,accounting for 69.33%of the observed cases,the median survival days were 133 days,258 cases of breast cancer were observed,190 cases survived,accounting for 73.64%of the observed cases,68 cases died,accounting for 26.36%of the observed cases,and the median survival time was 318 days.(8)The survival time of lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer and breast cancer was influenced by age and education level.The survival time of<40 age group was longer than(>40 age group),the survival time of patients with higher education level was longer,the survival time of liver cancer was affected by age factor,and the survival time of patients with liver cancer(<50 age group)was longer than(>50 age group).In the age group,the survival time of lung cancer and liver cancer decreased with the age of onset.Conclusions:The incidence of malignant tumors in Xiqing District of Tianjin is on the rise,and the crude mortality rate of malignant tumors in Xiqing District of Tianjin is higher than the national data in 2010-2015.The top three malignant tumors are lung cancer,liver cancer and breast cancer,and the top three malignant tumors are lung cancer,liver cancer and stomach cancer.The focus of malignant tumors in Xiqing District should be lung cancer and liver cancer.In order to reduce the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors and improve the quality of life of residents,prevention and intervention measures should be taken according to different risk factors of malignant tumors and different populations.
