The Safety And Efficacy Analysis Of The 4+2 Laparoscopic Prostate Cancer Radical Resection Based On Dissection Surgery

ObjectiveBy compared 4+2 laparoscopic intrafascial radical prostatectomy with laparoscopic extrafascial radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer to assess the efficacy and safety of 4+2 laparoscopic intrafascial radical prostatectomy Content100 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical prostatectomy were reviewed in this retrospective study.They were divided into two groups,accorded to the operative method: 4+2 laparoscopic intrafascial radical prostatectomy and laparoscopic extrafascial radical prostatectomy,50 cases in each group.MethodsCompared two groups of operative time,hemorrhage,urethral stricture,edge positive of pathology,postoperative immediately urinary continence and recovery,sexual recovery.ResultsPreoperative deographic data were similar in both groups.Operative time,hemorrhage,urethral stricture,edge positive of pathology did not show significant difference.Significant difference were verified at postoperative immediately urinary continence and early sexual recovery.ConclusionOur data suggest that 4+2 laparoscopic intrafascial radical prostatectomy was efficient and safe surgical technique.
