Treatment Of Epilepsy Prescription Based On Tcm Inheritance Support Platform Analysis Of The Law Of The Prescription Of The Drug Combination

Objective: Through the use of auxiliary platform(V2.5 version),statistical analysis systematically in shaanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine library of past dynasties recorded in the book of the effective prescription for the treatment of epilepsy,and nearly 40 years in Chinese database prescriptions for the treatment of epilepsy,to explore the academic experience of past dynasties doctor make a diagnosis and give treatment of epilepsy and drug laws,provide a reference for clinical treatment of epilepsy in the future,to play their own advantages of Chinese medicine,the constantly improving standard of traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and control of epilepsy.The unique experience of Yang zhihong,his mentor,in the treatment of epilepsy and the law of his medication were discussed.Methods: collected in shaanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine library of past dynasties recorded in the book of the effective prescription for the treatment of epilepsy,and nearly 40 years in Chinese database prescriptions for the treatment of epilepsy,a total of 526,and its entry "heritage of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform(V2.5)" software,using the rules of the software analysis,an improved mutual information,complex system entropy clustering data mining methods,analysis of prescription rule,mining core drug combinations,to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.Results: according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,526 prescriptions were selected for the treatment of epilepsy by medical practitioners in past dynasties.The cold and warm drugs were found to be the most frequently used drugs.Drug taste and regression analysis showed that sweet,bitter and bitter drugs were the most common,with liver,heart and spleen as the main drugs.A total of 35 core drug pairs and 33 new prescriptions were obtained through co-evolution.Conclusion: based on the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform on the analysis of drugs in the clinical treatment of epilepsy,concluded that generations of physicians treat epilepsy medication experience,the use of data mining on clinical have guiding significance to statistics,traditional Chinese medicine for clinical treatment of epilepsy prescription medicine,clinical promotion provide further off thinking and theoretical basis,in the treatment of epilepsy associated withdrug development to provide certain data to support.Mentor chih-hung Yang clinical treatment of epilepsy,epilepsy with phlegm heat,to avoid check,spleen and eliminating phlegm,and lifted the dearing source for the deal.Pay attention to the role of "phlegm,heat,shock,wind" in the disease,the key to the treatment of the first heavy clear phlegm by sputum,and self-developed epilepsy prescription as the basis of the prescription with the disease plus or minus to treat the diseas.
