Objective:To research the correlation of Homocysteine(Hcy),Mean platelet volume(MPV),Platelet large cell ratio(P-LCR)and platelet distribution width(PDW)with the severity of coronary artery disease. Therefore,it is helpful for clinical evaluation of the diagnosis, severity and treatment of coronary artery disease. Methods:Selection in January 2018-December 2018 because of chest pain clinic parallel coronary angiography of 276 cases of patients, the imaging results for 160 patients with no obvious abnormal as a coronary artery stenosis group, angiography showed a narrow116 cases, and the degree of stenosis greater than or equal to 50% for coronary heart disease(CHD)group,CHD group again according to the stenosis of coronary artery lesions counts are divided into: single coronary artery stenosis group,66 cases(a major vascular stenosis degree greater than or equal to 50%);Double branch of coronary artery stenosis group of 40 cases(the two major vascular stenosis degree greater than or equal to 50%);Three coronary artery stenosis group,10 cases(three major vascular stenosis degree greater than or equal to 50%);The correlation between Hcy,MPV,PDW,P-LCR and coronary artery was determined by analyzing the clinical data of each group.Results:1.The levels of Hcy,MPV and PDW in the CHD group were higher than those in the non-coronary artery stenosis group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of P-LCR was not statistically significant(P>0.05).According to the number of stenosis of coronary artery lesions, each subgroup was divided,multi-vessel lesion group Hcy,MPV,PDW,P-LCR> double-vessel lesion group Hcy,MPV,PDW,P-LCR> single-vessel lesion group > non-coronary artery stenosis group.Comparison between the multi-vessel lesion group and single-vessel lesion group showed that Hcy,MPV and PDW levels were statistically significant(P<0.05),while P-LCR levels were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison between the multi-vessel lesion group and the double-vessel lesion group showed that Hcy levels had statistical significance(P<0.05),while MPV and PDW levels had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparison of Hcy and MPV levels between the two-branch group and the single-branch group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in PDW levels(P>0.05).2.Spearman correlation analysis showed that Hcy were significantly correlated with the number of coronary artery stenosis(P<0.01);MPV and PDW were positively correlated with the number of coronary artery stenosis;P-LCR was not significantly correlated with the number of coronary artery stenosis.Conclusion:1.The higher the Hcy,MPV and PDW,the more severe the coronary artery lesions and the more the number of lesions.2.Hcy,MPV and PDW were positively correlated with the severity and number of coronary artery lesions.Measurement of Hcy,MPV and PDW has diagnostic and evaluation value for coronary artery disease.
