Objective:To analyze the risk factors and drug resistance characteristics of intracranial Acinetobacter baumannii infection after neurosurgical operation in Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital,to provide a guidline for controlling the infection and selecting effective antibacterial drugs, and to improve the prognosis of patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical and microbiological data collected by cerebrospinal fluid specimens from patients with intracranial infections after surgery in our hospital from 2014-10 to 2018-10,using SPSS 21.0 software to analyze the distribution of pathogens and the risk factors of Ab caused by intracranial infection and Ab susceptibility result.Results:1.In the 82 intracranial infections of cerebrospinal fluid specimens,31 Ab and 51 other pathogens were isolated, and Ab accounted for 37.8%.2.Only tigecycline has a higher sensitivity to Ab.Multidrug-resistant(MDR)Ab was 4(12.9%),and extensively drug-resistant(XDR)Ab was 18(58.1%),pandrug-resistant(PDR)Ab is 9 strains(29%).3.Patients with hypoproteinemia, pneumonia, and brain tumors are risk factors for intracranial Ab infection.Brain tumors and pneumonia are independent risk factors for intracranial Ab infection. The probability of intracranial Ab infection in patients with pneumonia is not affected.6.128 times of patients with pneumonia, the probability of postoperative intracranial Ab infection in patients with brain tumors is 3.334 times that of other patients. Conclusion:Studies indicate that hypoproteinemia, pneumonia, and brain tumors are the risk factors of intracranial Ab infection, pneumonia and patients with brain tumors are independent risk factors for intracranial Ab infection. In brain, the probability that the patients with pneumonia after surgery infect Acinetobacter baumannii is 6.128 times than the patients without pneumonia. In patients with brain tumors, the probability of intracranial infection with Acinetobacter baumannii is 3.334 times than other patients.Intracranial Ab is a highly resistant bacteria, and basically no effective drugs can control infection.Clinically,we must take perioperative measures to strengthen the nutritional status of patients, early identification of intracranial infections, and prevention of pulmonary infection after surgery.
