Objective:(1).Compare the clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with triple-negative breast cancer aged 25 years or younger and aged 26-35 years;(2).Analyze the prognostic factors affecting patients with triple-negative breast cancer younger than 35 years old. Methods:Retrospectively analyze the women with triple-negative breast cancer aged ?35 years from Shanxi provincial cancer hospital,First hospital of Shanxi medical university,Hainan general hospitalbetween 2005-2016.Delete patients with previous malignancies and incomplete clinical data and follow-up records.19 patients were diagnosed with age ?25 years and 86 patients were between 26 and 35 years old.Data is obtained from clinical medical records and personal interview.Chi-square test for Non-parametric test. The DFS and OS were calculated by Kaplan-Meier method, and the Cox proportional hazard model was used for multivariate analysis. Results:There were no significant difference in the clinicopathological features and treatment options between the patients with diagnosed age ?25 years and 26 years old to 35 years old(P>0.05).Survival analysis showed that there was no significant difference in DFS and OS between the two groups(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in OS between patients with different procedures(P>0.05).The same trend was observed in the two age groups(P>0.05).Patients with menarche age ? 12 years had significantly lower DFS(P < 0.00031)and OS(P < 0.0001)than those with menarche age > 12 years.Multivariate analysis showed that menarche age(hazard ratio,HR 0.7477,95%confidential interval,95%CI 0.6026-0.9278)),pregnancy-related(HR 2.8488,95 % CI 1.1631-6.9780),and positive lymphnode >3(HR 7.0856,95 % CI 3.5182-14.2702),tumor >2(HR 1.3622,95 % CI 1.1642-1.5939)were Independent prognostic factors for DFS in patients;and independent prognostic factors affecting OS: age at menarche(HR 0.6354,95%CI 0.4971-0.8122),pregnancy-related(HR 2.9087,95%CI 1.1937-7.0874),positive lymphnode>3(HR 7.7519),95% CI 2.9230-20.559),tumor >2(HR 1.1.3099,95%CI 1.1110-1.5445).Conclusion:There were no differences in clinicopathological features and prognosis between women with triple-negative breast cancers aged ?25 years and 26 years old to 35 years old.The age of menarche,pregnancy-related and positive lymphnode(29)3,tumor(29)2 were independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients. The prognostic relationship between reproductive factors and young triple-negative breast cancer patients should be further explored.
