Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia(Phlegm And Turbid Repression Syndrome)by Method Of Dissipating Phlegm And Descending The Turbid

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of dissipating phlegm and descending the turbidin treating hyperlipidemia(phlegm and turbid repression syndrome);The blood lipid index level and the changes of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were detected,the influence of dissipating phlegm and descending the turbidin on the blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia was analyzed,and the curative effect of dissipating phlegm and descending the turbidin on improving the blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia was discussed,so as to promote the new application of TCM theory in clinical practice.Methods:According to the random number table,37 cases were divided into treatment group.Control group of 37 cases,The control group was given basic treatment of atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on top of the basic treatment.The treatment course was observed for 4 weeks,and the TCM syndrome points and serum lipid levels of the patients were recorded respectively before and 4 weeks after treatment;and monitoring the whole observation period of security,the result for statistical data using SPSS21.0.Results:1.Both the treatment group and the control group were able to improve the TCM syndrome integral of hyperlipidemia,reduce the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,and increase the levels of HDL-C and ApoA(P < 0.05).2.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndrome scores,reducing TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,increasing HDL-C,and ApoA.(P < 0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05)4.Safety: no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment,and no safety indicators were observed after the treatmentSee obvious abnormality.Conclusion:1.The method of dissipating phlegm and descending the turbid was superior to the control group in improving blood lipid level and patients' symptoms;2.The comprehensive therapeutic effect of the treatment group on hyperlipidemia was better than that of the control group;...
