Objective: This program studies and explores the treatment of hyperlipemia from the theoretical and clinical aspects. It figures that turbid sputum and blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis which penetrates the whole process of this disease. It also validates that the effect of eliminating phlegm and descending turbid, removing stasis and promoting blood to treat hyperlipemia is better than the way of simplex promoting blood and removing stasis. Methods: Observation over 400 cases of hyperlipemia patients which divide into two groups. (Group A is the observation group, the main therapy method is promoting blood and removing stasis, eliminating phlegm and descending turbid. Group B is for comparison, use the simplex promoting blood and removing stasis method). Then compare the two groups with bio-chemical index. (TC, TG, HDEC, HDL-C) and clinical symptom integral before and after the treatment. Results: In the experimental index, the result of after treatment is obviously better than before treatment. The comparison between group A and group B after treatment shows: There is obvious distinctions in the changes of TC, TG, and HDL-C. But in group A, it shows clearly that TC descends and HDL-C ascends. The final results demonstrate that the method of eliminating phlegm and descending turbid to treat hyperlipemia...
