A Clinical Study Of Wound Healing After Perianal Abscess Surgery With Xiong Zhen Ointment And Shiver Oil Gauze Based On Wet Healing Theory

Objective: Based on the wet healing theory,the effect of Xiong Zhen ointment combined with shiver oil gauze on wound healing after perianal abscess surgery was discussed.Methods: Sixty patients with low perianal abscess were randomly divided into two groups.Both the treatment group and the control group had changed dressing with saline gauze within 1 week after surgery.The treatment group was changed dressing with xiong zhen ointment combined with shiver gauze oil at 2 weeks after surgery,and the control group was changed dressing with saline gauze.The amount of postoperative wound secretion,granulation growth,pain degree and wound healing time of the two groups were observed.Results:Overall curative effect,the two groups of wounds were completely healed,the cure rate of 100%,no difference.The wound healing time of the two groups was compared(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The score of wound pain degree in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 2weeks and 3 weeks after surgery(P < 0.05),showing a significant difference and statistical significance.The wound secretions in the treatment group were less than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: The application of xiong zhen ointment combined with shiver oil gauze in perianal abscess postoperative dressing change in the middle and late stage provides a more suitable wound healing environment for wound healing,thus promoting the discharge of wound secretion,the proliferation of granulation tissue,and shortening the wound healing time.Therefore,mid and late postoperative treatment using traditional Chinese medicine preparation of anus week abscess and oil treatment has the significance.
