Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of the methed of wet regeneration and r estoration on wound healing after operation of perianal abscess for treatment of the w ound after perianal abscess operation. To explore the effectiveness and advantages of th e methed of wet regeneration and restoration in wound healing after perianal abscess surgery, and to clarify its specific application and mechanism in the wound after oper ation of perianal abscess. To provide a new idea for wound dressing change after peri anal abscess surgery, and to accumulate certain clinical data for its promotion and app lication inwound surface after anorectal disease surgery. Methods:Selected criteria of 60 patients meeting the inclusion and divided them into t reatment group and control group by a Random number table. There were 30 cases in each group. The treatments including surgery and nursing of the two groups were the same;in terms of gender, age, course of disease, sizes of the wound, kinds of diseas e and others showed no difference with comparable.Patients in the treatment group w ere treated with MEBO combined with Moist bandaging therapy until wound healing after surgery, while patients in the control group were treated with Ethacridine Lactate treatment methods until wound healing. To observe the differences of the two groups in the overall efficacy, wound healing time, wound area, wound area reducing rate,p ostoperative pain, wound fluid,Granulation growth, and so on.Results:1.There was no significant difference in general data(gender and age)betwe en the two groups, which were comparable with each other.2.Overall efficacy: the overall efficacy of the two groups 2 months after surgerywas 100%,with no statistical difference.3.Wound pain: there was no statistical difference in the pain condition on the second day and 21 days after surgery between the two groups; There were statistically signi ficant differences in the pain conditions at 7,14 days after surgery.4.Wound secretions: there was no statistical difference between the two groups in see-page score on the second day after surgery; The results of seepage scores in the con trol group at 7,14 and 21 days after surgery were higher than those in the treatment group, with statistically significant differences.5.Growth of granulation on wound surface: there was no statistical difference inthe g ranulation growth score on the 7th day after surgery, while there was a statistical diff erence in the granulation growth score on the 14 th day after surgery.6.Wound area: there was no statistical difference between the two groups on day2 an d day 7 after surgery, and the difference in wound area was significant from day 14 to day 21.7.Wound healing time: 26.12±2.21 days in the treatment group and 30.39±2.09 days in the control group. After examination, wound healing time of the two groups was st atistically significant.8.Wound reduction rate: 64.61±21.36% in the treatment group and 51.80±23.37% in t he control group.Upon examination, there was a significant difference.9.No significant abnormalities were found in the safety indexes of the two groups du ring the treatment Conclusion:The methed of wet regeneration and restoration as the instruction,MEBO combined Moist bandaging therapy was used to treat wounds after operation of peria nal abscess, compared with Ethacridine Lactate treatment methods, which can effectivel y reduce postoperative wound pain of anus week abscess, promote the growth of gran ulation tissue, and achieve early epithelium, shorten the wound healing time, obvious advantages, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
