Objective To investigate the efficacy of Tori Disinfectant San in treating postoperative wounds of perianal abscess and the effect on serum VEGF and PDGF levels based on the method of tonic qi and sore support. Methods Eighty patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into control group(n= 40)and study group(n = 40).The control group was given antibiotics intravenous drip for 3d,fumigating sitz bath with hemorrhoidal muscle-generating lotion and Ravnol gauze change, while the study group was given Tori disinfectant powder on the basis of the control group;7d was a course of treatment, total 3 courses of treatment.Postoperative trauma pain, trauma exudation, trauma granulation growth score and serum VEGF and PDGF levels, trauma healing rate, healing time were observed, and the overall efficacy of the two groups was compared on the 28 th postoperative day.Results(1)When comparing the overall efficacy of the two groups on the 28 th day after treatment, the efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the comparison of trauma healing rate, the trauma healing rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group on the 7th,14 th and 21 st postoperative days(P<0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant on the 3rd postoperative day(P>0.05).The healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The trauma pain score was better than that of the control group on postoperative days 7 and 14 in the study group(P<0.05);the trauma secretion score and trauma granulation tissue growth score were better than those of the control group on postoperative days 7,14 and 21 in the study group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference on postoperative day 3(P>0.05);On postoperative days 7 and 14,serum VEGF and PDGF expression levels increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the increase was greater in the study group than in the control group on day 7(P<0.05),and the differences were not statistically significant on postoperative days 3 and 14(P>0.05).
