From The Doctrine Of Five Evolutive Phases And Six Climatic Factors To Explore The Relevance Of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective:Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is one of the common clinical emergencies and severe cases.How to effectively prevent its occurrence and reduce the mortality rate is an important topic in the medical field.Under the guidance of the ideas of "correspondence between heaven and man" and " prevention of disease",this study aims to prevent the incidence of gastrointestinal hemorrhage,reduce its recurrence rate and reduce the mortality rate.In view of the special groups living in Sichuan with similar climate and living customs,through analyzing the main solar terms of this part of patients,and applying the theory of "five transports and six qi" to explore the possible correlation between them,it provides practical objective basis for clinical application of timing differentiation,timing medication,and prediction of disease outcome and prognosis,thus providing clinical reference basis for individualized prevention,treatment and health preservation.Participants and Methods:Source of cases:315 patients(mainly including esophageal and gastric varices bleeding and peptic ulcer bleeding)diagnosed as upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage by gastroscopy admitted to the Digestive Department of our hospital from severe cold(1.20)in 2015 to slight cold(1.5-1.19)in 2019 were clinically selected to meet the inclusion criteria.Based on literature research,clinical observation tables were made,medical records were collected,focus was placed on statistics of onset solar terms,possible correlation between them was discussed,and data were entered.Statistical software was used to analyze the relationship between the onset of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and solar terms,and then to inform human beings to adapt to the changes of natural environment and the four seasons climate,to actively adjust themselves,and to maintain the balance with the nature to avoid the invasion of exogenous pathogens.Research results:1.The study found that the onset of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is related to solar terms.The top three are:? autumnal equinox,heavy snow ? first frost,slight cold ? cold dew and winter solstice.The solar terms with relatively less incidence are grain rain,summer solstice,beginning of autumn and summer heat 2.The onset of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is related to six qi,mainly the final qi,the fifth qi and the first qi.3.UGB is related to seasons.It is mainly winter>autumn>spring>summer,that is,winter is the main onset season for patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and summer is the low incidence season for patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Conclusion:The onset of UGB is related to the changes of solar terms,six qi and seasons.According to the above research results,more attention should be paid to the prevention of UGB in winter,cold dew,autumn equinox before and after,first frost and winter solstice,and heavy snow and slight cold before and after,i.e.solar terms with low average temperature and large temperature difference,low temperature season.
