Objective: Analysis the clinical efficacy of professor Ruan Shiwei using the "five movements and six climates" doctrine dialectical treatment of chronic kidney disease in Fuzhou. Methods: The observed object were come from Fujian province people’s Hospital by my tutor of Professor Ruan Shiwei personally admissions from2011.1.20to2013.1.20. Select the line with "the six climates"of the various stages of chronic kidney disease in patients with stage1-4.These patients were divided into two groups according to whether following the "five movements and six climates" doctrine dialectical treatment. The five movements and six climates group and group with non-five movements and six climates.CKD1-2patients were observed in the changes of TCM syndromes and urine red blood cells before and after treatment of the two groups. CKD3-4patients was observed before and after treatment in he changes of syndromes and serum creatinine, urea nitrogen.Using statistical methods to analysis and compare the clinical curative effect between the two groups.Results:1.The treatment effect of microscopic hematuria in2011(Xin Mao).①The Effective frequency of the "five movements and six climates"group was greater than the "Non-five movements and six climates" group(P<0.05), The overall treatment effect in the "five movements and six climates" group was better than the "Non-five movements and six climates" group.②There was significant difference between the "five movements and six climates" group and "Non-five movements and six climates" group(P<0.01),and the two groups were all effectively.Symptom score in the "five movements and six climates" group was larger than the "Non-five movements and six climates" group before treatment (P<0.01),The symptom score of the two groups were no difference after treatment(P>0.05).The treatment in the "five movements and six climates" group was better than the "Non-five movements and six climates" group.③The urinary red blood cell count in the two groups were all decrease after treatment(P<0.05) and they all effectively.2.The level of Scr and BUN in Xin Mao-ren chen year The overal effective rate of the five movements and six climates group was80.0%,50.0%in the Non-five movements and six climates group, There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05), the treatment effect of hematuria.in the five movements and six climates group is better than that of the control group. The treatment effect of Scr:The five movements and six climates group at the level of Scr before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.01), After treatment, serum creatinine levels lower than those before therapy. the therapy of using the five movements and six climates was effective; The level of Scr in the Non-five movements and six climates group was higher after therapy, and the diffrence was significantly (P<0.05), This therpy was uneffective. So the five movements and six climates group at the level of Scr after treatment was obviously better than that of Non-five movements and six climates group. The five movements and six climates group at the level of BUN before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), After treatment, the BUN levels were lower than those before therapy. the therapy of using the five movements and six climates was effective; The level of BUN in the Non-five movements and six climates group was higher after therapy, but the diffrence was not significantly (P>0.05), This therpy was uneffective. The five movements and six climates group at the level of BUN after treatment was obviously better than that of Non-five movements and six climates group. Conclusion:The "five movements and six climates" group were better than the "Non-five movements and six climates" group on improving symptom score of CKD1-4patients. The hematuria control in CKD1-2patients were no difference between the two groups, The "five movements and six climates" group were better than the "Non-five movements and six climates" group on controlling the BUN,Scr in CKD3-4patients.
