Clinical Obervation Of XiaoQingLong Tang In The Treatment Of AECOPD (Exterior Cold With Interior Fluid Retention Syndrome)

ObjectTo observe the effect of XiaoQingLong Tang on the symptoms,inflammatory index,blood gas index and lung function of AECOPD patients.MethodsA total of 60 patients who were hospitalized in the department of respiratory medicine of the affiliated hospital of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.A total of 30 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.A total of 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with oral xiao qing long decoction+conventional western medicine.Two groups were treated in different ways for 2 weeks.To observe the improvement of cough,sputum,wheezing and other symptoms,inflammatory indicators,blood and gas analysis indicators,lung function and other indicators of the patients,and evaluate whether the treatment is effective for the patients according to the above changes and the score of TCM symptoms.ResultsEffect for the AECOPD(outside in the cold drink comparison:the control group and experimental group of symptoms such as cough and expectoration,breathing,inflammatory index?total number of white blood cells,neutrophils count,neutrophil percentage,c-reactive protein,calcitonin original?,blood gas analysis index?ph value,oxygen partial pressure,co2 partial pressure?,pulmonary function?FEV1,FEV1/FVC%?were improved.Total number of white blood cells in the laboratory test results,test group,neutrophil count,neutrophil percentage,c-reactive protein improve difference compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?,treatment group and control group of calcitonin original improvement compared to have differences,there was no statistically significant difference?P>0.05?;The oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure in the blood gas analysis indexes of the experimental group were different from those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The ph index in the blood gas analysis index of the test group was different from that of the control group,and the difference was statistically insignificant?P>0.05?.The lung function improvement of the test group was different from that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.In terms of clinical symptoms,the two groups were effective in improving TCM symptoms,and the efficacy of the experimental group was different from that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.ConclusionBoth conventional western medicine treatment and western medicine combined with xiaoqinglong decoction treatment can effectively improve the inflammatory index and blood gas analysis index of patients with AECOPD?external cold and internal decoction syndrome?,improve lung function,and alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine.Routine western medicine share small qinglong decoction treatment compared with conventional western medicine treatment can better improve the AECOPD?outside in the cold drink certificate?in patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,inflammatory indexes?total number of white blood cells and neutrophils count,neutrophil percentage,c-reactive protein?,blood gas analysis index?oxygen partial pressure,co₂partial pressure?and lung function,but the improvement of the ph and the PCT compared two groups have no obvious difference.
