Lung cancer has become one of the malignancies with the highest prevalence and mortality rate worldwide,and the morbidity of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)accounted for 80% of the overall incidence of lung cancer,and has been prone to an increase trend with the deterioration of air pollution in recent years.Survival period is prolonged in these patients with the improvement of diagnosis and treatment,however,the number of brain metastases patients with NSCLC turn out to be increased.Based on the review of therapies of NSCLC patients with brain metastases,including radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy,at home and abroad,our study mainly emphasize on the new advances in targeted therapy as well as immunotherapy of brain metastases,and current problems of these treatment so as to put forward the research direction of brain metastases treatment.
