Research Progress On Cancer Pain Management In Children

Pain is the fifth vital sign of human body.With unpleasant experiences and subjective emotional feelings,it is often associated with actual or potential tissue damage.Cancer pain refers to pain associated with cancer and its treatment.With the increasingly prominent environmental problems,the improvement of medical examination conditions and diagnostic level,the diagnostic rate of cancer in children is increasing year by year.Cancer pain is a major problem faced by children with cancer.Children are in the process of growth and development,their physiological and psychological growth,cancer pain to the physical and mental health of children with adverse effects is long-term.Based on the study of recent literatures at home and abroad,this paper reviews the current situation of cancer pain management in children,various methods of cancer pain assessment,drug treatment and non-drug treatment of cancer pain,and end-stage family recuperation therapy.
