Objectives Based on pathogenic syndrome elements, the relationship between syndrome elements such as Qi deficiency and blood stasis and objective indicators such as sex, age, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose,BMI,blood lipid, liver and kidney function,D-dimer,homocysteine,hypersensitive C-reactive protein, hepatobiliary pancreatic spleen color Doppler ultrasonography and electrocardiogram in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension was discussed. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to collect clinical data of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in Baoding First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2017.According to Zhu Wenfeng's Syndrome Differentiation, the symptoms and tongue veins of the patients were identified.Meanwhile, the gender, age, blood pressure,BMI,fasting blood sugar, blood lipid,D-dimer of liver and kidney function, urinary microalbumin, urine microalbumin and urinary microalbumin were recorded. Objective examination results of homocysteine, hypersensitive C-reactive protein, electrocardiogram, liver, gallbladder, pancreas and spleen color Doppler ultrasonography, etc. The relationship between TCM syndrome elements and objective indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension was studied by using binary logistic regression model. Results 1 The frequency of pathogenic syndrome elements in 200 patients with type 2diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension from high to low is blood stasis,Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency, phlegm turbidity, yang hyperactivity and Yang deficiency,of which 155 cases are blood stasis, accounting for 77.5%of the total number;135 cases are Yin deficiency, accounting for 67.5%of the total number;122 cases are Qi deficiency, accounting for 61%of the total number;25 cases are phlegm turbidity, accounting for12.5%of the total number;16 cases are Yang hyperactivity, accounting for the total number.8%and 11 cases of Yang deficiency, accounting for 5.5%of the total number.2The results of single factor analysis showed that:Qi deficiency,P<0.05 objective indicators were gender and BMI;phlegm turbidity,P<0.05 objective indicators were age,BMI,LDL-C,total cholesterol, triglyceride, uric acid;blood stasis,P<0.05 objective indicators were BMI,alanine aminotransferase;Yang deficiency,P<0.05 objective indicators were fatty liver;Yin deficiency,P<0.05 objective indicators were BMI,age.Triglyceride.3 Relevance of Disease and Venereal Syndrome Elements and Objective Indicators.(1)Qi deficiency:systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, gender,BMI,total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein entered the model analysis, systolic blood pressure P(0.000)<0.05,with statistical significance;Qi deficiency model X~2(8)=40.804,P<0.05,with statistical significance, the sensitivity of the model was 84.4%,specificity was 53.8%.(2)Phlegm turbidity:systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, age,BMI,total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein and uric acid entered the model analysis, age P(0.046)<0.05,triglyceride P(0.006)<0.05 had statistical significance;phlegm turbidity model X~2(9)=95.668,P<0.05,had statistical significance, the sensitivity of the model was 68%,specificity was 97.1%.(3)Blood stasis:systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose,BMI,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase entered the model analysis, systolic blood pressure P(0.026)<0.05,fasting blood glucose P(0.025)<0.05,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase P(0.003)<0.05 had statistical significance;blood stasis model X~2(5)=11.023,P<0.05,the sensitivity of the model was 98.1%,specificity was 77.8%.(4)Yangkang:Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and fasting blood sugar entered the model analysis, systolic blood pressure P(0.000)<0.05 had statistical significance;Yangkang model X~2(3)=47.051,P<0.05,had statistical significance, the sensitivity of the model was 31.3%,specificity was 98.9%.(5)Yang deficiency:systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood sugar and fatty liver entered the model analysis, the P values of each index were>0.05,there was no statistical significance;the model of Yang deficiency X~2(4)=5.767,P>0.05,there was no statistical significance.(6)Yin deficiency:systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, age,BMI,triglyceride entered the model analysis, age P(0.000)<0.05,diastolic blood pressure P(0.015)<0.05,with statistical significance;Yin deficiency model X~2(6)=54.271,P<0.05,the sensitivity and specificity of the model was 84.4%and 61.5%.Conclusions 1 Among the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in Baoding area, the frequency of occurrence of pathogenic syndrome elements in the population is blood stasis,Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency, phlegm turbidity, yang hyperactivity and yang deficiency in turn.2 In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in Baoding area, there is correlation between pathogenic syndrome elements and some objective indicators.Qi deficiency is negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure;phlegm turbidity is positively correlated with triglyceride and negatively correlated with age;blood stasis is negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure and positively correlated with fasting blood sugar and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase;yang hyperactivity is positively correlated with systolic blood pressure;Yin deficiency is positively correlated with age and negatively correlated with diastolic blood pressure.Figure1;Table17;Reference 100...
