Clinical Observation Of Medicine-separated Moxibust Ion And Acupuncture Treatment On Insomnia With Syndrome Of Heart-spleen Deficiency

Objectives To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of medicine-separated moxibustion and filiform needle acupuncture on the heart-spleen deficiency type insomnia,to compare and make evaluation the effect of medicine-separated moxibustion with acupuncture and single filiform needle acupuncture on this disease.Methods According to the random number table,74 the heart-spleen deficiency type insomnia patients were randomized into treatment group and control group with 37 cases each group.The control group was treated with the filiform needle acupuncture using Yingtang,Sishencong,Baihui,Anmian,Shenmen,Yinlingquan,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Zhaohai,Shenmai,Xinshu,Pishu.Yintang,sishencong,baihui and anmian adopt the method of even tonifying and even purging;shenmai,zhaohai,shenmen,xinshu,pishu,zusanli,and yinlingquan adopt the technique of lifting and thrusting,twisting and relieving,which was suitable for getting qi from acupoints,and leave the needles 30 minutes.The treatment group was treated with medicine-separated moxibustion and filiform needle acupuncture,on the basis of the control group add the medicine-separated moxibustion therapy.The traditional Chinese medicine formula was composed of Dangshen,Huangqi,Fuling,Gancao and other drugs for invigorating heart and spleen,then the above herbs are mixed and crushed,to made from medicine cake of a diameter of 2cm and a thickness of 0.5cm was made by adding warm water and honey.The medicine cakes are placed on the points of Zusanli,Zhiyang,Xinshu,Pishu and Geshu.and on each medicine cake was used to the acupuncture handle puncture 5 small holes,so that the medicine could penetrate,then the 7 pillars aizhu was placed,every other day treatment once,5times for a course of treatment,continuously 3 courses.All the patients were evaluated by the TCM Rating Scale and the PSQI before and after treatment.Results Compared with the score before,there was a significant difference in the score of the TCM Rating Scale and the PSQI after treatment for two groups.Two groups had statistic significance(P<0.05).Two groups’ scores of the TCM Rating compared,the treatment group were significantly lower(6.54±3.07)than that of the control group(8.89±3.74),had a very significant differences(P<0.05)after treatment.Two groups’ scores of the PSQI compared,the treatment group were significantly lower(5.8±2.51)than that of the control group(7.6±2.19),had a very significant differences(P<0.05)after treatment.Comparing the clinical efficacy between the two groups,in the treatment group,7 cases were remarkably improved,10 cases were effective,15 cases were improved,3 cases were ineffective;in the control group,3 cases were remarkably improved,5cases were effective,22 cases were improved,5 cases were ineffective.There was a significant difference between the two groups in therapeutic effect(P<0.05).Conclusions Both medicine-separated moxibustion and filiform needle acupuncture can improve the symptoms of the heart-spleen deficiency type insomnia,improve sleep quality,extend sleep time,improve quality of life.And the clinical efficacy of medicine-separated moxibustion group was better than that of the filiform needle group.Figure 0;Table 10;Reference 75...
