Patients by observing the integrated effect; UU and (or) CT negative rate; lower abdominal pain, lumbar pain; taken off the amount, color, quality, odor; urinary tract symptoms; gynecological examination the uterus accessories, etc., to compare the two treatment programs clinical efficacy.Results:(1) combination therapy group total effective rate was 92.86%; the control group, the total effective rate was 61.53%; two groups by chi-square test integrated effect, was statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) the two groups after treatment of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis negative rate was significantly (P<0.05), two groups of Ureaplasma urealyticum, Chlamydia trachomatis seroconversion rate after treatment was no significant difference (P>0.05), indicating that treatment groups the rate of pathogen negative effect of a considerable improvement. (3) two fall in abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, vaginal discharge volume, color, smell and so the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05); the two groups in urinary symptoms, uterine annex no obvious signs of improvement difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Yankening granules under the United azithromycin treatment of female genital tract Chlamydia infection Mycoplasma significant effect, and adverse reactions, relapse rate is low and difficult to produce resistant strains, with clinical applications.
