Effect Of Zini Huoxin Fang On NT-proBNP Level In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To evaluate the effect of ZiNi HuoXin Fang on CHF in order to provide a new safe and effective drug for the prevention and treatment of CHF.Method:this study selected 60 patients with CHF who met the inclusion criteria from january 2018 to December 2018 in He bei provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.they are randomly divided into Huo Xin Fang group and Pure Western Medicine group.28 patients in Huo Xin Fang group and 32 patients in Pure Western Medicine group,Two group of patients were given routine western medicine treatment according to the ?2014 China Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure?,On this basis,Huo Xin Fang group added ZiNi Huoxin Fang,The course of treatment was 4 weeks in Huoxin fang group and pure western medicine group.The NT-proBNP levels,TCM Syndrome score,6MWT,NYHA grade,Lee's heart failure Integral,liver and kidney function before and after the experiment were recorded respectively,and their changes were evaluated and compared.Result:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparing the experimental data in the Huoxin fang group and pure western medicine group before and after treatment,the NT-proBNP level of the patients decreased significantly,TCM Syndrome score ?6MWT ? NYHA cardiac function classification ? Lee's heart failure Integral ? Minnesota heart failure quality of life score improved significantly,(P < 0.05)and the difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant.3.After the experiment,the improvement of NT-proBNP level?TCM Syndrome score?the 6MWT?NYHA cardiac function grading?Minnesota Heart Failure Quailty?the Lee's Heart Failure Score of the Huoxin fang group was significantly better than that of the pure western medicine group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.Safety evaluation:After the experiment,the liver and kidney function of the two groups did not change significantly,and all of them were in the normal range.No adverse reactions occurred during the experiment,indicating the safety of zini huoxin fang.Conclusion:1.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,zini huoxin fang can significantly reduce NT-proBNP level,relieve the TCM Syndrome of CHF patients more obviously than simpie western medicine treatment,,significantly improve 6MWT of patients,significantly improve patients' NYHA cardiac function classification,lower Lee's Heart Failute Score and Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life score.2.zini huoxin fang for CHF has no side-effect on the liver and kidney function of patients,and it is safe and effective.
