Clinical Efficacy Study Of Zini Huoxin Recipe In Treating Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of TCM compounds Zini Huoxin Recipe in the treatment of chronic heart failure through the observation of large clinical sample,in order to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the future clinical treatment of Zini Huoxin Recipe in the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:In this study,patients aged between 35 and 80 years who were hospitalized in the cardiovascular department of Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.All the case data were in line with diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure,a total of 60 cases.According to the principle of randomized controlled trial grouping,all included patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each with 30 cases.The intervention methods of the control group followed the guidelines on diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in China,and the patients were given conventional drug treatment according to their conditions.In the experimental group,traditional Chinese medicine compound " Zini Huoxin Recipe " was added to the conventional treatment of the control group,and the treatment course of both groups was 6 weeks.General items such as gender,age,course of disease,primary history and NYHA grading were evaluated for all patients.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N-terminal pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide(NT-pro BNP),6-minute walking test(6MWT),TCM syndrome score,LEE’s heart failure score and Minnesota heart failure quality of life score were measured before and after treatment.To evaluate the curative effect of NYHA heart function,TCM syndrome and LEE’s heart failure.The adverse reactions of the patients during admission were recorded.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,primary disease,NYHA grade,LVEF,NT-pro BNP,6MWT,TCM syndrome score,LEE’s heart failure score and Minnesota heart failure quality of life score between the two groups,indicating that the baselines of the two groups were comparable.2.Both groups were effective in improving LVEF,NT-pro BNP,6MWT,TCM syndrome score,LEE’s heart failure score and Minnesota heart failure quality of life score of heart failure patients,improving NYHA heart function efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy and LEE’s heart failure score efficacy,the difference was significant and statistically significant.3.In the control group,3 patients showed anorexia and diarrhea,while in the experimental group,there were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of Zini Huoxin Recipe combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of chronic heart failure is better than that of conventional drugs,can effectively improve the expression level of LVEF and NT-pro BNP,extend the distance of 6MWT,and show clear efficacy in TCM syndrome score,LEE’s heart failure score and Minnesota heart failure quality of life score,with higher safety.2.Zini Huoxin Recipe is a new safe and effective drug for the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
